Everyone just knew we would get married. I loved her in high school and finally go the guts to ask her out senior year. We dated all the way to graduation. We decided to do the long distance thing with her going to a local college and myself getting accepted to a major university a four hour drive away. I could do it. I waited. Girls came to me knew I had a lady waiting for me at home.
But she just couldn't wait for me. She decided that when she was lonely, instead of call me, she goes to Thomas. That man I once called my best friend.
