  You were following the two MP's to the car .Then suddenly it all went black   'what's going on ' you thought to yourself feeling pain at the back of your head ,then something sharp poking into your neck "sleep well thief "said a voice "what whats going on " you called out only to be gagged something that felt like fabric forcefully placed into your mouth ,you soon fell into a deep sleep .

Few hours later

You eventually woke up ,Your body ached all over ,you tried to stand but something prevented you form doing so .  You looked down at your feet only to realise they were shackled "this isn't where the MP's take people ..is it " you questioned " oh so your awake then " the voice spoke " where am i ? " you asked " oh deary me some one is angry ,no matter you'll be here for a while my friend " he said "I'm not your friend who are you " you shouted he came closer to you only some light showing his face "oh you don't know m/l well you will find out soon enough "with a final laugh he left you shackled to the walls of your what looked like a small tiny damp cell .

Few days later back at the survey corps .

"isn't it weird how after the police took m/l every thing came back " Armin said " yeah it is weird" Eren adds"maybe we got it all wrong and some one is framing him " Hanji replied to the group "i'm just glad everything is back to normal " Erwin said " but what about m/l what't going to happen to him?" jean asked " well he will be prosecuted for stealing of course " Levi said .

"commander Erwin " mike came rushing into the mess hall " yes mike " he said "two MP's were attack just after arresting corporal M/l L/n sir and he's gone " Erwin stood up " well find him search everywhere "he ordered "but sir eye witnesses have said they saw a group of thugs dressed in black taking m/l" he continued with the statements to Erwin while the others listened .

You sat in darkness ,all alone ,cold and hungry ,in pain "hey let me out " you shouted over and over again " Jesus do you want me to cut your tongue out or what " a different voice sighed " let me out or i swear to god-" he cut you off " what are you going to do you cant do shit m/l "he said "why am i here " you asked " hmm wait here don't move " he said "as if i fucking can shit head " you shouted ,ten minutes later two people came into the room they un-shackled you but you tried to break loose ,then you felt the familiar stabbing in your neck and blacked out .

you woke up again only to feel intense pain ,you screamed "stop please " you begged no answer but you knew some one was still there he spoke " seems you haven't learned your lesson m/l ,i am just going to teach you again " he said "but why me ?" you asked " oh you don't know who i am do you " he pulled the blindfold off from your eyes ,it took you a few seconds to get used to the bright lights, you then looked at your captor "Riki " you said " so you do know who i am then brother " he knelt to you level "w-why " you said " well remember that day when you said you will come home after every expedition but you never did well , welcome home bro ,oh and i took those items and when you were arrested my crew took you and gave everything back to their owners your mine now " he said gagging you again and started torturing you in every painful way more painful than you have every experienced yet your older brother was doing this to you .

Every cut he made he made sure it bled for a long time hearing our muffled screams of agony fed him with more desire to inflect pain on you ,your screams fed his hunger .He wanted you to feel this pain ,he carved words into you body not huge but visible to see up close ,this went on for days .No ,weeks no one was coming to get you all you wanted to do was to die end this pain .

You'r uniform ripped and covered with your own blood "listen m/l i wont stop doing this but i'll give you some sympathy and call your work so you can talk to them but if you tell them i have you i will kill you got it tell them i want a ransom paid directly to me " you nodded "here talk " he held the phone to you ear " yes it's m/l i need to speak with the commander at once " you said .

"Hello"
" Commander it's corporal m/l "
" Yes ,where are you ?"
"I cant say sir, look i'm sorry for what happened but I don't think I can come back "
"Why is that "
" They want a ransom paid or I die sir "
"Hmm and what makes you think I believe you " 

You stayed silent and looked at your brother " what do I say " you muttered.

 "your the commander of the survey corps right "

" who is this " 

" never mind any way it seems you colleague will die if you don't accept my offer ,give me money and i will let him go or I will send you bits of him piece by pace hmm lets see started with his fingers then his toes then his ears ,.......Do you get the picture ?Start doing it .. ..Hear that ..Yes that's him screaming were cutting  him if you don't answer my request ".

"Fine how much do you want " he couldn't bear hearing you pained screams "Hmm lets see 50,000 should be enough and before you ask what I will do with the money well that's none of your god damn business is it okay guys you can stop now you can talk to him if you still want to " He held the phone to your ear again ,your breathe was shaky.

 " Co-comander i-i " you tried to talk " listen m/l  were going to find you okay you need to stay alive and try and keep sane ,count back from 1000 and next time if I do get contacted tell me what number you are at okay " he said " y-yes sir " .

Once that was done your brother started his work again ,even when you passed out from blood loos or the fact that pain over came you he still worked on your body slicing down into your skin making sure it will scar you if you do get out alive ,he had a psychotic smile on his face .


Back at HQ

"Who was that " Levi asked " the person that has m/l ..Did you hear his screams " he nodded " they want a ransom for his release 50,000 or they will cut bits of him off and send them to us " he sat down at his desk trying to figure out what to do " I am started to believe that he was in fact framed "he added " so what do we do " Eren asked " find where he is i'll try and get the call traced to where he is before it is to late."
