🍗Korean Fried Chicken🍗

Ingredients:
✨1 kg chicken breast
✨½ cup milk
✨¼ teaspoon salt
✨½ teaspoon garlic (blended)
✨½ teaspoon ground ginger (ground)
✨1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
✨⅓ cup cornmeal
✨1 teaspoon chili powder
✨oil (for frying)

Sauce:
✨1 scoop of fat sweet soy sauce
✨3 spoon of apple vinegar
✨1 ladle gochujang (Korean pepper paste)
✨5 tablespoons honey
✨2 teaspoons sesame oil
✨½ coconut sugar
✨1 tablespoon grated ginger

How to make:
🌸Soak the fillets into the milk and store in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
🌸Drain the chicken and remove visible fats and cut into small pieces. Mix together with salt, chili powder, apple vinegar, garlic and ginger. Allow up to 20-30 minutes.
🌸While waiting, cook all the ingredients to make the sauce in the pot to a boil. Once boiling, turn down the heat and stir with a slow fire until the sauce thickens.
🌸Contents marinated chicken and stir cornstarch as the outer skin before frying.
🌸Exactly sure oil is hot before adding the chicken to the pan. Fry the chicken until golden brown, then drain the oil.
🌸Chickens are raised it's ready to be mixed with the sauce.
🌸As a flavor enhancer and exciters dish, sprinkle with crushed nuts or sesame seeds.
