🍝Jjajangmyeon🍝

Ingredients:
✨600 grams of wet noodles
✨100 grams of beef
✨2 scallions
✨½ zucchini
✨2 potatoes
✨1 tsb sugar
✨4 tsb of sago water
✨2 cups water
✨7 tsb of oil
✨6 tsb of jajangmyeon sauce (chungjang)

How to make:
🌸Cut beef.
🌸Diced scallions, potato and zucchini.
🌸Fry jajangmyeon sauce with the oil.
🌸Heat the pan with the oil and fry scallions.
🌸Then add the beef, zucchini and potatoes.
🌸Once the materials are cooked, add the sauce that has been fried.
🌸Stir well and pour sago water.
🌸Leave it for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
🌸Boil the noodles and rinse with water.
🌸Place it in a large bowl and pour the sauce over it.
🌸Serve with cucumber.
