"Finished, handed in, over, stick a fork in me coz I'm done!" I sighed happily, flopping down on the sofa and closing my eyes.

"…Got your essay in then?" Polly smirked.

"Yes! Last one until Christmas! Woo-hoo!" I cheered, laughing and stealing a chip off her plate. "So tomorrow I'm celebrating in style! Are you coming?"

"With you?" Polly raised an eyebrow and I nodded. "Am I coming, with you, to Simon Cowell's Halloween party. Hmm… Uh, no." she chuckled.

"Why not?!" I cried. "Come on Pol! It's at some hotel in town, I'm supposed to be sharing with Harry but I'll make Lou switch with me, they can share and we can have Louis's room! We'll have a laugh! I promise, I won't even try and pair you off with Niall or anything…"

"Well it'd be stupid to try and do that, Louis thinks you're in love with him after all."

"Urgh!" I groaned. "I know, could I not have said it was Zayn? He'd never try and get me together with Zayn!" I tutted at myself, putting my feet up on the table in front of me and grabbing the TV remote, settling down to watch Hollyoaks and sighing when I heard my phone ringing loudly. "What?"

"Oh someone's happy!" Harry laughed on the other end. "Just calling to sort out the plans for tomorrow…? You are still coming, right? Did you persuade Polly?"

"No," I mumbled. "She's having none of it, Haz. Danielle's still going, right? And her friend Bex? It'll suck if I'm the only girl!" I told him.

"Yeah, I spoke to Liam before and everything's still on. So me and Louis will come and pick you up about 1 to go to the hotel, party starts at 7," he paused, and I heard him talking to someone in the background. "Sorry, Niall wants to know how his girlfriend is," he chuckled. "Did your costume turn up?"

"Yep! I can't wait Harry, I tried it on and Polly said it looked good. It's kinda short, though, so I might wear tights or something."

"Ripped tights."

"Why ripped tights?"

"Because it will make the costume look more authentic, duh," Harry tutted, and I could practically see him rolling his eyes at me.

"Cassidy, Louis's at the door for you," Polly told me as she walked into the living room. I hadn't even heard anyone knock.

"Oh, hey Harry I gotta go, apparently Louis's here. So tomorrow at 1?" I stood up from my seat and walked to the door, gesturing for Louis to come inside.

"Yep, tomorrow at 1. Erm… Behave yourself tonight, alright?" he told me, and I could hear the grin in his voice. I didn't answer, tutting as I ended the call and shoved my phone back in my pocket.

"Hey, Lou," I smiled. "What are you doing here?"

"Oh I need an excuse to come see you now?" he huffed. "Will you come somewhere with me?"

"What, now? I'm not going on another roof, Tommo."

"If you call me Tommo again, I'll push you off a roof," he grinned at me. "Seriously. Will you come somewhere with me now. it's a surprise though, so I can't tell you where we're going until we get there…"

"Uhm… Yeah, wait here," I left him stood by the door and went back into the living room, slipping my shoes back on and picked up my coat and scarf from where I'd thrown them on the chair. "I'm going out with Louis, Pol. I've got no idea where he's taking me so if I don't come home… Call the police?" I joked.

"I resent that!" Louis called.

"You shouldn't be eavesdropping!" I called back, giggling and grabbing my keys. "See you later Pol."
