5. Mila
"I'm glad you came." Jack says, with his right arm around my shoulder.
I blushed turning my face away from him to look out the window. "Don't do that." Jack said softly, only for us to hear.
I turned my head to face him. His hazel green eyes looking into my dull brown ones, I looked away from him. When I'm not under the influence with over the counter pills or expensive liquors, I'm not confident nor am I okay with the person I am.
When I'm sober I could barely stand looking myself in the mirror. I can't even look anyone in the eye I fear they will see the weak side of me. I don't want anyone to think I'm weak, "Do what?" I asked.
Jack smirked ignoring my question and turned to face the driver, "The entrance is the other way sir."
"Sorry about that Mr. Foster. I missed my turn."
"No need to apologize." Jack chuckled, "It was an honest mistake."
The rest of the ride was silent, but Jack held on to me right. I only knew of this mans existence for two months and he's made me feel special, protected, and loved. My nerves were acting up because Jack was taking me to this function for rich people, and if you hadn't noticed I wasn't rich.
"I got your door." Jack whispers to me, as opened the door. It was starting to rain, the skies were gray.
"He's a good guy." The driver says, looking at me through the rear view mirror.
I sigh nodding, "Yes I know. I just don't know if I'm the good girl for him."
Jack opened the door for me he has a umbrella already opened and waiting for me I smirked at the driver and took Jacks awaiting hand and got out the car. "Thank you." I smile.
Jack nods placing his hand on my lower back, "Jack, Jack." Before I could see who the voice belonged too. Jack grabbed me and held me close to his chest, the umbrella hiding my face.
"Jack who is that?"
"Is that the mystery women?"
"Back off he won't be answering any of your questions." A deep but scary masculine voice spoke.
"Vitally." Jack says, he lifts the umbrella from my face as we're safely in the hotels lobby.
I pull away from Jack to check my hair. "You look beautiful." He whispers to me, kissing my neck.
I hold my head down not making eye contact with him. "Thanks." I mumbled.
"Vitally this is Mila, Mila this is my security Vitally he's been away for a while. He's back now." Jack said.
Vitally shakes my hand. He's a middle aged man, "Nice to meet you." He spoke.
"Likewise." I nod.
Jack held my hand in his strong ones leading me to the front desk. "Foster." He says, to the receptionist.
"You and your wife have an excellent stay, at Hamilton inn." Her name tag read Sandra.
"Thank you Sandra." I nod as Jack placed his hand on my lower back and escorted me into the elevator.

"Wow." Is all I said as we entered this huge dining area. Although it wasn't really a dining area, it's what it looked like.
I looked all the beautifully dressed women in their expensive gowns, looking down at my plain colored mermaid tail strapless black dress I started to feel out of place.
