Baek Ah's POV (The 13th Prince)

The palace is now filled with silence because of losing the Princess. When I look at it, I feel like we lost something very important. She just stay here for 3 days before the Ritual. And every part of this palace has her trademark. I knew it wasn't only me. I just keep on walking until I noticed that I was already in our town. I remember that this was the first place where I heard her laugh.

Flashback..

"Psst!" I was ignoring it because I know it was only Eun or Jung doing some pranks. Until a small stone just hit my arm. Tss.

"Eun and Jung stop it. Tss." I said irritately because I was damn busy finishing something. I was surprise when Lee suddenly appear in front of me.

"U-unnie. What are you doing here? It's late at night. You should rest." But as her response she just gave me a sweet smile. I was alarmed when I saw some guards checking the entire place when their was still someone outside. And so, I held her and close her mouth using my hands. After a moment, I release her.

"Shhh." I said while pointing my index finger in my mouth. She then, do what I did pointing her index finger in her mouth and sitting silently like a kid Pfft! She's cute. When the guards has already passed, she stand up to double checked it when they really gone. After that, she look at me.

"What is it?" I said without looking at her.

"I want to go to town to watch their lantern festival." I was surprise of what she said.

"Unnie. We can't ju---"

"Please. Hmm." She said while her eyes are pleasing. Darn it! How can I refuse this little kid? Haist.

"Alright, alright. Just let me fixed my things."

"Yeeyy!" She clap her hands and hug me. Wait, did.. did... she just hug me?

"So, shut up and be quiet. Okay?" I said while fixing my things. She sat down again and patiently waiting for me.

"Waaahh! This is amazing!!!" She keep on running and tasting some foods on buffet table.

"Hyung! Look!!" She said while waving some cotton candy in front of me. I just look at her and smile. She even called me 'Hyung' its good to hear.

"Waaahhhh! HAHAHAHA! Look at yourself Hyung! Pfft!" She put some icing on my face and keep laughing. Damn! Her laugh is like an angel's voice echoing in my head.

"Yaaa! Stop it Hyun-Ah" I was wiping my cheek when she put some icing again and run away from me.

"Hyun-Ah!!!" I said and started to chase her. When I got her, I hug her from the back.

"How dare you to do some pranks with your brother? Huh? Huh? Pfft!" I said while she was trying to free herself from my arms.

"HAHAHAHA! Sorry! I'm just... Pfft! I'm just having fun with the pink icing. Hahaha!" Darn it! Why did she keep on laughing? I already release her and she ran again towards some children playing some flying light toy. She really having fun. I was only staring at her. I feel my chest and my heart was beating unusual. Why do I feel like this? It's the same feeling when I encounter the Lady in a veil.

"Hyung! Hyung! Hyung! Let's go there!!" She started to drag me until we reach a little garden in town.

"It's beautiful." She uttered. She sat down and look up the sky. I did the same and look at her while she was staring at the sky.
