Hyun-Ah's POV

I was on my room fixing my things. Because I know, after this day, I'm not gonna see this view. I get my things where I used to bring with me when I was travelling. I saw my veil and my daggers. I just smile while looking those. These was a great help during my journey. It will always be part of my life.

I started to draw them all from my bag when something fell on the floor. I pick it up and saw like it was a letter or something. I check the paper if it was address to someone and to my surprise it was for me. Ah yea. I remembered the late King gave this letter to me before I left this palace. It's my mother's letter. How come that I wasn't able to read it back then? Tsk. Tsk.

I opened the envelope and was started to read it.

Dear My Princess,

      I know my end will come. I'm sorry because I wasn't able to tell the truth to you. But, always remember that I will always watch over you. Time comes that you will find out everything. And when that day comes, I hope you don't get mad at me. I know, you still have many questions on your mind. I'm sorry for ruining your life my dear princess. Someday, you will stand on the throne. You will be enforce to take all your responsibilities, one day, you wake up, your whole world's flipped. It's just different and you have to go with it and that's simply growing up and not see it in a negative way.

      You have to see it as it's been given to you. You're gonna feel like that's where you supposed to be. You're not gonna feel out of place anymore. You're gonna feel like, like that's where you are meant to be. You don't have to pretend that it's easy all the time. You just let it go and grow with it. And you can't hold on, to the old you or the old this or the old that because you know you're change. And it's not changing in a bad way, it's just changing because that what's happens in life. You need to grow up, my child. Everyone moves on. You're just learning. You stay true to yourself. Changing isn't a bad thing and it never was, but at the end of the day, you know to yourself, you're the same person. And, and where your heart is, that doesn't change.

      My princess, I know it's hard for you to understand. But you have to grow up. Be mature and stop playing around. Whenever you're heart takes you, always remember that, you will always be the same person. I love you my princess. Until we meet again.

Ugh! I wipe my tears as it was still continously flowing from my eyes. Now I realised why things happened. I love you mother. And you will always be my one and only mother I honour at. You will always be the best bestfriend I can ever have. I'm sorry for being hard headed. Don't worry mother, I am not mad at you. I have to understand my responsibility.

I closed my eyes as my tears flow down and embrace the letter. Maybe there's a reason why I only read her letter to me at this moment. Now, I understand everything.

"Your Highness." I immediately wipe my tears, composed myself and look at her.

"Yes?"

"His Majesty wants to see you." I sigh. Is he wouldn't do things alone? He's always like that. From the moment we prepare everything for the err wedding, he always wants me to be by his side. Tss.

"I'll follow." She bowed her head and leave the room. I look at myself in the mirror and I started to fixed myself.

I was on my way to his room when I meet Prince So unexpectedly. I immediately look away and hide my face but I can feel that he was looking at me. I pass on him and I feel relieved when that he didn't barge me in. I continue walking when someone just held my hand and drag me to somewhere. Uh-oh. I guess I'm wrong. He leaned me on one of the wall and face me. I wasn't able to look at him and I just bowed my head.
