Jessica's P.O.V
"Jess..? Jess?" I heard a weak voice call out. I woke up from my sleep and found Mike wide awake.
"Mike!" I squealed with joy and ran to him. I gave him a huge hug.
"Ow." He said under his breath.
"Oh! I'm sorry." I said pulling away.
"No no. I'm fine. It's fine." He said with a smile.
"You scared me! I had this pain in my stomach and it hurt so much I passed out.. And then this nurse told me you here here! I totally freaked out and ran to see you! And then you wouldn't wake up.. And in was scared so I sleep here." I said and I was fighting the tears.
"Oh baby. I'm so sorry." He said pulling me back into a hug.
"I-I'm just glad you're ok." I said letting out a sigh. A fear slipped out and Mike wiped it away.
"I'm sorry. There were these people attacking and they threatened to take you away from me! I couldn't let that happen so I attacked and then the person slashed my stomach. I knew my pain was going to affect and I was terrified. I'm so sorry." He said holding me tighter. I was full on crying now. He truly cares for me..
"It's ok baby. Just get better." I said pulling away. I pulled a chair up and held his hand.
"Remember that morning when explained to you what I was?" He asked.
"Yes of course. It was like the creepiest day of my life." I said laughing while I continued to cry.
"Remember when I said you were my mate?" He asked again.
"Yea. One of my most happiest moments." I said smiling down at him.
"Well.. Jessica Harrison, will you accept me as your mate?" Mike said with a smile. It was practically the perfect moment to ask.
I barely managed to make these words come out.
"Of..of course."
