Mikes P.O.V

"How about I explain all of this over breakfast?" I told Jessica, not even bothering to turn around.
"Ok." I heard her say behind me.

When I handed her the plates with food on it and right when I sat down she started up the questions.
"What's an alpha?" She said stuffing her face with eggs. I took a few bites before answering.
"Ok. This is a long story. So get comfortable." I said in a joking manner. But it truly was a long story.
She smiled and happily sat comfortably in her seat enjoying breakfast.

"Ok.. An alpha is a leader of pack. Like you know how wolves and lions have packs and they have one king or ruler.. Yea well.. That's me. Except.. I'm not entirely.. Human. I'm a werewolf. Half human half wolf. My great grandfather was the alpha of this pack before he died. When he died my dad took over the spot. Since both my parents are.. Dead, I inherit the job. I am the Alpha of the Dark moon pack." I said proud and also hoping she isn't freaked out. I looked over at her and she seemed to enjoy every little bit of it.
"Jess..?" I asked her.
"Yea." She said happily.
"Are you like.. Freaked out by any of this?" I asked her continuing to eat my breakfast.
"I already knew. When you were gone I looked up the word Alpha since that kid called you that. Then it lead me to all these sights about werewolves and stuff. At first I was a bit scared but then I got passed that and realized my boyfriends a werewolf! Woah!!" She said excitedly. That's a totally different reaction then how most people are.
"Also.. Every werewolf has a mate. Were as you humans call it a soul mate. Someone's who mean just for you. Whoever that person is for the Alpha becomes the Luna. She helps run this place with the Alpha and all the pack members listen to every demand." I said looking at her. She was just shaking her head yes.
"So.. It turns out.. You are my mate."
