"Who the hell is that scumbag.?"
Oh yes lawrence! The guy in new york aside from AL dela Riva. I remember this man in front of me is arrogant and possesive and obssess. You got this Lianna deal with it.
"Gab, scumbag? Isn't too much?.. Agad agad? Hindi ba puwedeng unidentified human being sayo.?"
Napahinga siya ng malalim na tila tumataas ang altapresyon. He needs to be supressed.
"A'right, who is Lawrence.?"
Napipilitan niyang tanong. It is so obvious na tumataas ang kanyang dugo dahil kita sa kanyang mukha. Gab, calm down... Ikaw at ikaw lang ang mahal ko walang iba.
"Lawrence? Oh yeah lawrence! He's the guy from new york who happened to be an examiner too! And we're friends actually we send emails dahil nagmagandang loob yung tao tulungan ako to look for an apartment."

"Apartment..?"
He looked at me for a while asking that one word. He left the dining table and went inside his room. I was left dumbfounded. Did he just walked out on me? Oh my god Carlos Gabriel Montevallo!.

Tinawag ko siya ngunit naisara na niya ang pinto ng kuwarto. I let out a breathe. Ano bang problema niya kay Lawrence?.
Hindi nagtagal, lumabas din siya sa kanyang kuwarto. He's holding his phone on his left ear. He is calm compared kanina para siyang pikon na nainis. Umupo ulit siya sa harap ko ngunit hindi man lang ako tinignan. He is waiting for his call to be answered. Hindi ako kumibo bahala siya.
"Rumz! Finally! Where are you?"
I just lean on my chair ang crosses my arms on my chest. Tinignan ko siya with blank expression and he did the same way too.
"Whatever Rumz, I need you to contact Jean tell her to check on my condo unit in new york.. Yes.. Yes please.. As soon as possible.. Uh no this afternoon.. I want to know this afternoon.."
Psh kahit kailan talaga Montevallo! Why so arrogant? Did he just mention condo unit new york? Ano nanaman to Carlos Gabriel.?
Nanatili ako sa aking puwesto ngunit namilog ang aking mga mata nang banggitin niya ang condo unit new york. I lean toward his direction and he smiled at me. Hey! Tama na nga yan Carlos Gabriel lalo ako nahuhulog sa'yo.

He ended the call. Bumalik siya sa pagkain at ngiti lang ang tanging binibigay niyang sagot sa mga tanong ko sa utak. Hindi ako makatiis.
"Gab, what was that all about? Would you mind telling me.?"
"You'll be staying in my condo unit near DC.."
"What?! No! Gab that's too much I can't... I can't acce-"
"Of course you will, babe c'mon."
"Kuya agreed I'd be staying in that apartment.. He said okay.."
