Rudolph sighed and nodded, shifting his weight to his other foot.
"Alright... Alright, fine let us go for a one flight. Nothing more."
Him and Cooper jumped up and down on the bed.
"Woohoo!"
They cheered loudly, I shook my head. I was going to say don't jump on the bed, but I decided I'd let it slip this one time. After their jumping, they finally got off the bed and got their clothes. Tony went into the bathroom to change while Cooper went into the closet.
"So what is this?"
I held up the drawing to Rudolph questioningly. He sighed and sat on the bed.
"That's the amulet. It's going to change me and my family into humans once again."
He explained, I sat next to him and looked down at the picture. It was oddly specific and detailed, especially for a child's drawing.
"... I'll help you."
I murmured, Rudolph looked at me with shock in his eyes. I looked over at him and spoke again.
"I am going to help you get your amulet back."
He smiled widely and bowed his head, saying.
"Thank you, Miss Foster."
"You can just call me Mysie."
I giggled in reply, Tony and Cooper ran out of the rooms to us.
"Come on, Rudolph! Let's go!"
Tony said, gripping Rudolph's arm tightly. Rudolph sighed and stood along with me.
"Alright. Let's fly."
He said as he approached the window. He stood on the balcony and turned to us. He took Tony's hand then my hand, I took Cooper and held him close and just like that, he took off. I wanted to close my eyes but I was worried about losing my brother. The three boys talked, I only heard some of what they said. All I caught was that Rudolph is actually nine years old and he's been nine for three hundred years. Also apparently he has a family of five including himself, he didn't get specific about the family members. It took us about ten minutes to get there, we had to fly over Edinburgh. Once we got down, I found that we had landed in an ancient looking cemetery. I let Cooper down and stretched my arms. He ran over to Rudolph and Tony while I adjusted my black dress. I heard the three talking about something, probably the amulet. I wondered around the cemetery, looking around and reading the cemetery stones. After maybe two minutes or so I heard flapping. I smiled and looked up, maybe some birds. I never really noticed how far I was from the kids. I was leaning down, reading from a stone. I started to whisper the name to myself quietly.
"... Angus... M..Mac...... N-"
I was interrupted when something grabbed my wrist. I gasped as I was turned around and slammed into the grave stone with incredible force. I opened my eyes to see a boy my age maybe a tiny bit older. He had on a ragged old gray trench coat, a yellow and black striped vest, baggy dark gray pants and some black laced up boots. His hair was blackish brown with red in the back and spikes on his head. I blinked at the stranger, my mouth was open a little in shock. He glared and hissed loudly, it was only then that I saw the pointy white fangs he bared.
"W-who are you..?!"
I questioned, he immediately hissed and grabbed my hair causing some blood from his pale palms to rub up against the side of my head, leaving a few bloody streaks.
"Quiet, mortal girl."
He growled, I shivered and tried to push him away. He pushed my head to the side and I could feel his fangs against my pale throat then to the side of my neck.
"S-stop...please..."
I muttered, he let go of my hair and covered my mouth.
"I told you stay quiet, mortal!"
He hissed, I cringed and tried to scream but he pushed my head against the stone. He slid me down the tombstone until he set me down against the grass and leaned over me. He sniffed and chuckled.
"You smell delicious, darling..."
He muttered softly, I whimpered and felt his fangs start to pierce my throat until.
"Gregory!"
A female voice sounded, I gasped as I felt his grasp loosen.
"Foiled again..."
He murmured, I squirmed out of his arms and ran. He started to chase me till he saw Tony. He hissed and made a threatening pose. He gripped a mossy covered tombstone and hissed again starting to sneer at him. He started to approach him like an evil monster. I stopped running and hurried in front of Tony.
"Leave him alone!"
I glared through my thick black eyeliner. He laughed and put a hand on my waist gently. He leaned down close to my face.
"I won't take him if you let me take you~"
My face erupted in pink but I still glared harshly.
"Whatever, vampire..."
He glared and snarled, he tugged me away from Tony. He pushed my head up and pushed his face into the crook of my neck.
"I could bite you right now. Don't you dare treat me that way."
I shook and nodded quickly, he backed up and looked down on me, crossing his arms.
"Mortals!"
I turned to see what I assumed was the father of Rudolph and this teen boy. I saw the older male vampire hurrying towards us. On pure instinct, I hurried near the teen causing him to snort a small laugh and cross his arms.
"Is my brave little mortal finally breaking..?"
He asked cockily with a smirk playing its way onto his face. I looked down and stumbled on my words.
"I-I... Well, I just... Um... Yeah sure... H-hey! What do you mean 'my'?! I'm not yours..! I don't even know you... And you don't know me..."
I muttered and crossed my arms, he hummed as we looked at the two boys talking to the male vampire. Rudolph seemed to be trying to fumble words out to his father. The teen vampire turned to me and said.
"Well, I suppose I should introduce myself. My name is Gregory."
