~Part 6~

Peridot pov

After me and lapis Are my amazing breakfast I left was about to leave for the mall, I need to buy some stuff.

I pull on some jeans and a green T-shirt.

Lapis - where are you going?

I jump and squeak. Oops...

Lapis - aw! That was so cute~!

She was standing at my doorway, both her hands on her cheeks.

Peri - n-no- I- shut up...

I slipped in some socks and my green and white high tops.

Peri - and I'm going to the mall, I need to buy somethings

Lapis - oh! Can I come!?

I look up in thought then at her.

Peri - err, sure why not

I shrug and she dashes to her room. I smile slightly. Why am I smiling? I don't know...

She's just-
So-
Um cute?
No! You cant think of her like that! You cant let her grow on you so easily...

I shake my head and grab my wallet and keys. I walk out of my room and stand at the front door waiting for lapis.

She walks over wearing denim shorts, Blue crop top, and blue and black high tops.

She grabs her purse and we walk out the dorm. I lock the door and begin to walk, lapis besides me.

Peri - wanna take my car?

She nods and I nod back. We walk out to the parking lot and i unlock my car. I get in the drivers seat and lapis gets in the passengers seat.

I turn on the car and stretch my arms up and back while yawing.

We clipped on our seatbelts and drove off.

Lapis pov

I look out the window and sigh.

Peri - you okay?

I look over at him, he kept his eyes on the road.

Lapis - yeah, I'm fine, I was just thinking about- something

Peri - something?

Lapis - yeah, not that important

Lies, i was thinking abou him, but I couldn't say that...

He glanced at me, then looked back at the road.

Peri - you look sad, are you sure your okay?

Lapis - yeah

He parks by the mall then looks at me.

Peri - tell me what on your mind, come on

I tap my fingers and think. Should I tell him that i was thinking about him and our past...?

I sigh and look away, fiddling with my fingers.

Peri - okay, I get it if you dont want to tell me

Lapis - maybe ill tell you later, or some other day

I smile and he smiles back and nods, his smile fades and he gets out of the car.

I follow after him. We close our doors and i walk over to him, we walk side by side to the mall, he locks the car as we walk.

We walk in.

Peri - sooo, do you want to split and meet up later or?

Lapis - um... actually I rather stay with you

He blushes and scratches the back of his neck.

Peri - um... alright then, where do we start?

I look around.

Lapis - hmm... how about we go to the stores you need to go to then we go to the stores i have to go to, okay? oh! and then we can get something to eat

He nods and smilles, I smile back and I grab his hand. I blush sightly and he does too.

Lapis - lead the way!

He begins to walk, i walk besides him, hand in hand.

We went to a few different stores, he bought some clothes and other things. Then we headed to the stores i wanted to go to.

I got a new dress, a few other clothing. I also got a small charm bracelet.

After that peri went to the car and put the stuff in the trunk while i went to the food court and ordered us coffee and donuts from Dunkin Donuts.

I sat at a table that had two seats. i sat in one and placed the coffee and donuts on the table.

"Well, well, well... if it isnt lapis lazuli"

I look up and see the one and only-
