Chapter 9

(3rd PoV)

"Moooommm! Rini keeps taking my soccer ball!" Zach yells from his room as the giggling and running footsteps of a certain baby echoes throughout the house.

"Just let her play with it for a little. You don't have a soccer game today." (Y/N) said as she stood in the doorway of Zach's room. Zach gave his mom a 'really?' look as he spoke, "Mom I do have a soccer game today and I have to be at the fields in an hour..!"

A blank look appeared (Y/N)'s face. "Oh.. Yeah I forgot. Whoops." She said as a grin appeared on her face. "Mom!" Zach exclaimed as Rini ran behind (Y/N) and down the hallway. (Y/N) glanced at Rini as she sighed, "I'll go get your ball. Just finish getting ready." But before going after Rini, (Y/N) gave Zach a stern look, "Don't you ever raise your voice at me again. Got it?" Zach shrunk from the look that his mom gave him and nodded.

"That's my kid right there!" (Y/N) cheered as Zach scored his team a goal within the last 10 seconds. "Don't you mean our kid?" Natsu spoke up from beside her as he carried Rini. (Y/N) waved him off and she nodded absentmindedly, "Yeah yeah that's what I mean." Natsu gave his wife a small glare before looking back at Zach's soccer game.

The ref blew his whistle loudly before pulling out a yellow card for the opposing team that Zach was playing against.

"What?! But I barely touched him!" Number 18 from the opposing team yelled at the ref as he gestured to Zach who was currently laying on the ground on his stomach. He looked up and looked at Number 18 with a glare. "Barely touched him my butt." Zach mumbled as he got up. "What was that?" Number 18 asked fiercely as he walked towards Zach with a glare.

Zach shot him another glare as he brushed dirt off of his jersey, "If you barely touch me, then why then I fall to the ground? You basically kicked me to the ground." Number 18's eyes widened with rage as he tackled Zach to the ground.

"Oh no that brat didn't!" (Y/N) and Natsu yelled in unison from the sidelines. Just as (Y/N) took the first step to go help her son, Zach called out as he pushed Number 18 off of him, "Mom, Dad, don't! I got this!"

Natsu and (Y/N) glanced at each other as they froze. "He's got this?" (Y/N) asked. Natsu nodded with a grin, "He's got this."

Everyone was frozen, even the ref, as they watched Zach and Number 18 wrestle. Or at least try to wrestle. Number 18 kept trying to hit Zach, but Zach simply pushed him back down or dodged his attacks. "Dude are you done? My team and I still have a game to win." Zach asked tiredly as he caught Number 18's punch. Number 18 replied by swinging his leg to Zach's stomach. Not reacting fast enough, Zach bent over and released Number 18's fist as he felt Number 18's cleat make contact with his stomach.

"Zach!" (Y/N) yelled as took off running towards the two boys. 'Getting hit by a cleat hurts like hell. Getting kicked by a cleat in the stomach is worse. I'm going to stop this. Man why is the field so big and why did they decide to fight all the way at the other side of the field?' (Y/N) thought as she ran. The ref then began to blow his whistle rapidly as he also ran towards the boys.

Zach groaned as he held his stomach. "Not so tough now, are we you brat?" Number 18 asked cockily, happy that he finally got a hit in. Zach shook his head as he stood up straight and instantly kicked out Number 18's legs from under him, making him fall back first. Zach then proceeded to sit on Number 18 until (Y/N) came rushing to him.

"We're so proud of you Zach!" (Y/N) said excitedly as he engulfed her son into a tight hug.

The family just arrived to their lovely home after the small fight that occurred at the soccer fields. Natsu just set Rini down for a nap and walked downstairs to see his wife hugging the life out of his son. "(Y/N) don't kill Zach. Let him go take a shower." Natsu said with a chuckle. "Fine.." (Y/N) said as she released Zach, letting him go upstairs to take a shower.

(Y/N) them faced Natsu with open arms. "Hug." She demanded as she waved her arms. Natsu gave her an amused look, "What's the magic word?" (Y/N) gave Natsu a look before replying, "Give me a hug now. Please." Natsu chuckled as he pulled (Y/N) in for a hug. (Y/N) grinned as she buried her face in Natsu's chest. "You're so needy (Nickname)." Natsu said as he kissed the top of (Y/N)'s head. "Really? I haven't noticed." (Y/N) said with sarcasm clearly evident in her voice.

"And sarcastic." Natsu mumbled. "You know it." (Y/N) said as she looked up at Natsu.

(Still 3rd PoV)

"Are sure that we're in the right town this time? This the 10th town. I'm getting antsy to see him." An unknown male voice said.

"Of course I'm sure. Magnolia is where the infamous Fairy Tail guild is located." An also unknown female voice said. "What does Fairy Tail have to do with it?" The male voice asked as he looked up at the "Welcome to Magnolia!" sign.

"Idiot! Fairy Tail is the guild that the Dragneel family is part of and wherever the Dragneel family is, the infamous (Y/N) (L/N), now Dragneel, is at. Do you know what that means?" The female asked.

"..Um no?" The male said with uncertainty.

The female let out a loud groan as she grabbed the face of the male, "It means that Zachary is here in Magnolia with her! And do you remember who Zachary is?"

The male nodded rapidly, "Of course I do!"

"Then who is he, idiot?"

"He's our son of course!"
