I Will Protect My Mate

New Camp

Yuki's POV

I followed Tama into camp and looked around. He looked back at me and I hurried to his side. I made sure to stay by his side and me lead me to a house. Tama returned to human form and opened the door. I shifted too and he gestured for me to go in in front of him. Tama followed me inside and locked the door as I looked around. The house was bigger on the inside than on the outside. I gapped at the size and felt arms wrap around my waist. Instead of liking the feel of arms around me, I suppressed a shiver. He wasn't Hiro and I didn't like him. He forced me to come. I would gladly give myself up for Hiro, though. If he was safe, I would do anything to keep it that way for him. Tama kissed my neck and I clenched my fist, trying not to finch away from him. I grabbed his hand and spun in Tama's embrace. "Why did you pick me?" I looked up at Tama and tried to put on a curious face. Tama smiled and kissed my face gently. Tama would be a good mate to someone, but not to me. I was captured and forced into this. "I picked you because I wanted a beautiful mate." I stiffened slightly. He wants a show piece. Maybe he's not as good a mate as I thought. I nodded and pulled away from his arms. "Where are you going?" I looked back at Tama and motioned for him to follow me. I spotted the couch and sat down. I looked at Tama and he laughed. "Sorry, I have to tell everyone that you're hear." I nodded, but Tama took my hand pulled me to him. "Come with me?" I shook my head at Tama's request. "I'm tired. Show me where the bedroom is?" Tama nodded and led me down a hall. He opened the only door down the hall and let me in the room. "This is our room. Have a good rest. I'll be back in maybe three hours. There's a phone over there you can use if you need me." I nodded and he kissed the top of my head. I hugged him back and Tama left.

The room was huge and the bed was big too. I saw the phone he had talked about. Probably tapped. I took my personal phone out and dialled my pack's phone. It rung twice, then a stressed sounding Alpha picked up. "Hello?" I sighed. I had been hoping Hiro would pick up. "Alpha? This is Yuki. I need you to make an allegiance with two powerful packs, ok? Tell Hiro I'm fine. Do not call me no matter what. It doesn't matter what the problem is. Don't text me or anything. I've been taken to an enemy camp and I need rescuing. This pack is large and powerful. It is the Bluejay pack if I am correct. The Alpha wants me as his mate. Tell Hiro not to come after me and that I love him. Don't call me or text me back or they might ambush the camp." I waited for the Alpha to answer. "Yuki?" I sighed. "I don't have much time Alpha." Alpha sighed. "Hiro is getting ready to leave to find you." I hissed into the phone. "Stop him then! My mate will not be killed! Put him in calming beads! Do something!!" I heard Alpha cough over the phone. "Alright I will. Please be careful. I will make sure no one can use their phone to call you." I sighed. "Please tell Hiro that I love him. Goodbye." I hung up and rubbed Tama's scent all over the phone so he wouldn't find it when I hid it. The room was large, but didn't have many hiding places. I went into the bathroom and found a towel that smelled the least of Tama. I wrapped the phone in the towel and hid it under the bed in between the mattress. It didn't look suspicious at all, but, just for safe keeping, I crawled on that side of the bed and tried to get some sleep.
