I growled louder as I looked at the wolf who attacked my mate. "So you're the Black Wolf! Wow! I thought since your pelt is black that you would have been dominate in a relationship, but maybe I was wrong. That's better for me though." I stared at the wolf, but didn't move. He chuckled and bowed. "I didn't know he was your mate. Please forgive me." I stopped growling, but I narrowed my eyes at him. "You are forgiven. Rise. Who are you and why did you attack my mate." The wolf rose. "My name is Tamaki. Tama for short. I have come here to see the Black Wolf. Well, I did, and I have to tell you of danger." I narrowed my eyes. "Danger?" Tama nodded. "Come with me and I'll show you." I stood my ground. "No way in hell." Tama laughed and walked over to my ear. "If you don't come with me, then I will give the signal for my pack to wipe out yours. We will execute them right in front of you, starting with the smallest member and ending with your mate." I froze and lowered my head. "What do you want with me?" The wolf lowered his head to mine and licked my cheek. "I want a mate, and I've always wanted a pretty Black Wolf to parade around. You smell nice too." I glared at him, but he bit my neck slightly. "Come on." I nodded and followed him through the trees.
