Detention

I rolled my eyes at the new boy that sat with me and the guys at lunch. He was stupid, in a good way and also adorable. He was telling us something that happened in the summer well at first at least them it turned into this fake story, obviously as a joke. It now involved aliens, unicorns and other random things and he was really hilarious.

"Obviously that's fake." Aron said through his story. His name is Daniel by the way, or just Danny.

"Yeah Aron, I think we caught that by the time he said that a UFO crashed his home." Jordon chuckled. "You're a weird kid." he said turning to Danny who just grinned.

"Thank you." Danny replied. His voice is a-fucking-mazing. I love it.

"So let me go onto the end.." Danny said dramatically. "The cow jumped over the cheese moon. The end." He finished making all the guys burst out laughing. He smiled widely at the guys' reaction. It's so obvious that he loves to see people smile and laugh. He seems so kind-hearted. I'm falling for him quick aren't I?

"Jay, you're the only one that isn't laughing, Aron even let out a small one." Danny said to me. I shook my head at how upset he looked that he didn't get me to laugh. "Sorry DannyBoy, I was caught up in my thoughts. Your story was great." I said patting his shoulder. He grinned and nodded.

"Yeah it was funny but stupid. The bell is gonna ring we might as well leave." Aron spat all of a sudden.

"Okie-dokie." Danny said standing up with the rest of us. We began to walk down the halls until Dylan stopped everyone. "Who wants to go to the back and get drunk or high and some shit." He said, everyone was agreeing but Danny stood quiet.

"You gonna come Danny?" George asked. Danny took a few seconds to think but then nodded and began to follow us to the back.

After an hour everyone was drunk as fuck except for me. The guys were playing truth or dare and Danny was leaning against me. Aron ended up leaving early.

"I love you all.." Danny all of a sudden said, his words slurring together. I didn't know he was that kind of drunk but I guess I do now.

"You all took me in and Iiiiii loove you alll.." he giggled and grabbed onto my arm. "Yeah, sure Dan." I said rolling my eyes.

"I don't love you!" Matt said dramatically making Danny gasp. Danny let go of me and crawled over to Matt and hugged him.

I'll admit I'm getting a little jealous but I mean.. They're all drunk.

"I love you Matty!" Danny cried now clinging onto the curly haired guy. The guys all laughed at Danny and Matt. "Say you loove me too!" Matt shook his head.

"Truth or dare?" Danny asked making Matt jump up happily. "Dare!" He cheered. "I dare you to say you love me!" Danny giggled as Matt groaned.

"I love you." Matt said as Danny cheered and let go, quickly going back to me.

"I love you too Jaaayy!" Danny said snuggling to me. "I'd rather have you be in class than getting wasted out here." I said with a small laugh.

"Okay I'll go to class!" He said standing up and running to the back door of the school. "Wait- DANNY!" I yelled running after him.

I went in and saw him running down the halls. I sighed and went running after him, worst decision ever since we ran past the office making them come out and drag us in.

"What are you doing out of class, even the new boy?" The principle gasped in shock. "I'm sorry he got drunk.. Ugh.. It's my fault. He got drunk and decided to run down the halls." I explained in a short way.

"Why are you bringing such drinks to school?" He asked crossing his arms to which I just shrugged and stood quiet. "You both have detention today. I'll be calling both of your parents. Sit here while you wait." he said and walked off.

"I'm sorry Jay, I really am. I love you." Danny pouted. "It's okay. Detention isn't much anyways." I shrugged to the drunk boy. "I really do love you." he said making me shake my head.

"You're drunk, you don't know what you're saying right now." I sighed. "Even though we barely met I would love to hear you actually say that while sober." I mumbled after.

Danny snuggled back to me again.
Well the fact that they're going to call my parents doesn't scare me since they don't give a fuck but I don't know about Danny. He is new, since yesterday but still.

Hours passed and soon me and Danny were in detention, when we were in the office he actually fell asleep so now he should be sober, with a bit of a migraine since he didn't drink much.

I looked at Danny as he sat there confused while the teacher lectured us and then left.

"What's going on?" He asked as soon as she left. "Welll you got drunk as fuck and went running down the halls having me after you cause I knew you would get in trouble or somethin' so no you got us in detention. Not like it matters since they don't give a fuck about what you do here." I explained with a shrug.

"Oh.. Sorry. But do you mind if I ask what happened when I was drunk, I've never really been drunk so that was basically my first time." Danny admitted.

"Well you kept saying you love us all, you went to Matt because he said he didn't love you so that happened and then you went back to me and said you love me too and-" I continued to explain what else happened.

Danny looked down, his face flushed with obvious embarrassment. "Damn it.." he mumbled putting his face in his hands.

"It doesn't matter. We got the room all to ourselves." I shrugged with a light smirk seeing Danny blush more.

"What were you thinking?" I asked. Danny shook his head with an awkward laugh. "N-nothing." He stuttered and looked away.

I couldn't help but decide to tease and so I stood up and walked over to him.

"Uh-huh. What dirty things go on in your mind?" I asked tapping his head lightly. He shrunk down into his seat.

"None- none at all!" Danny exclaimed. "Mmhm. Sure." I chuckled and went down to him. "You know if you were still drunk and said you loved me, I'd say I love you too." I said making him blush more.

"So you wanna be honest with me?" I asked, he only shook his head.

"Well fine. I'll be honest first and then you, I like you, we may have barely met yesterday but I don't know, guess I feel something with you." I shrugged.

"Well.. I-I like you too." Danny said smiling a bit. "Sooo even though we barely met. How about we take a chance?" I asked.

He smiled wider and it was adorable, I really want him to be mine. I would never break his heart, it would hurt to see that adorable face filled with tears and such.

I all of a sudden felt lips against mine, soft ones. I quickly kissed back but then pulled away and looked at Danny. He smiled, "you seemed to be lost in thought again so you didn't hear my answer so I just gave it to you." he shrugged.

"Well I loved your answer. Can I have another one to make sure it was right?" I asked with a smirk as he blushed again. Danny nodded and kissed me once more, I pulled him closer by wrapping my arms around him. The bell then rang having me pull away and quickly sit down as Danny did to.

Has it really been an hour?

The teacher walked in and looked at us. "Alright you boys can head home. Hopefully you get a talk with your parents." she said letting the two of us walk out.

I went to my locker, Danny's was actually across mine. Once I was done putting away my stuff I went over to him since he was still putting away his books.

He gave me a smile whem he turned to me so I quickly took a chance to get one more kiss from him, I loved the feeling. I've never felt this with anyone. I smiled against the kiss and then pulled away. "Are you walking home?" I asked.

"No my parents are picking me up." He answered. I nodded. "Alright, I'll see you tomorrow." I said backing away. He nodded with a faint blush as I began to leave.
