~Present Day~

"And so when I finished acting nurse, Sirius asked me to be his girlfriend and I said yes." I told the trio, who were smiling the whole time.

Rem and Sirius were also smiling, but not as happily as they normally did.

Probably because of the promise we made back then.

I felt sad for a moment, remembering how Peter broke that promise by betraying James and telling Voldemort where he, Lily, and baby Harry were hiding.

How could he do that! It was the most horrible thing that anyone I knew had ever done!

I shook my head, not wanting to remember anything else. I looked back at the trio and continued.

"The next morning, Mrs. Potter woke us all up so we could go get our supplies for Hogwarts. We got to Diagon Alley by Floo Powder, which I thought was the worst way to travel! We started walking around and......"

~Past~ 

"Come on guys! We need to go get our books!" I said, pulling on Sirius's sleeve.

"Can't we just go in and have a look at it?" James whined.

The boys were glued to the window of Quality Quidditch Supplies. The shop manager had placed a new brand of broomstick in the front window of the shop. I had to basically bribe them with money to get them away from the window.

We went to all the shops we needed to go to, and bought all of our supplies.

We where in Flourish and Blotts getting our books, and I walked over to the back of the store.

I was stuck in this very fascinating book, reading and walking, when I bumped into someone.

We both fell backwards.

"Ow...." I said, getting up.

I looked at the person who was on the floor, straining to get up.

He had long, white blonde hair, and a cold look on his face. He looked vaguely familiar, but I just couldn't remember why.

I got closer to him, and held out my hand to help.

He grasped it with his hand, looked up at me, and then let go of my hand with an  "Ugh!"

I was very confused, so I looked at my hand.

It didn't have anything nasty or dirty on it.

I looked back at him and said, "Um...What was with the Ugh all about?"

He didn't look at me. He just got up, and walked away, wiping his hand on his ugly black jacket the whole time.

When he did that, I became very angry.

I walked towards him, and grabbed his arm. I turned him around and said, "What the hell did you do that for!?"

His face became very angry, and he said with a cold voice, "Because you are a Halfblood, and Halfbloods are dirty little things with Mudbloods in their family. Now let go of me! I do not want to get my new jacket dirty!"

I looked at him, anger blazing inside me. I was about to say something back when Sirius took my free hand. I turned around and saw that he was quite angry himself. He must have heard what the idiot said.

I let go of the idiot's stupid jacket, and Sirius then pulled me behind him saying, "What gives you the right to talk to Izzy like that Lucius!"

Lucius...that name sounded familiar...but I couldn't remember.

"Shut up Sirius." said a boy that looked young and quite handsome. He was probably twelve.
