I didn't want to wake him up. He's slept for about 25 minutes and he looks peaceful. I sighed and gently stroked his cheek, "Jordon. I need you to wake up for me, please."
I continued to call his name softly until his eyes fluttered open. He slowly lifted his head, he was yawning and rubbing his eye.
He looked at me, his eyes widened as he quickly sat up. The blanket fell off his shoulders from sitting up so fast.
I groaned when he sat up because his bottom came in rough contact with my crotch.
He realized his mistake and he let out a squeak. He quickly got off of me, he was shaking and his cheeks were red.
"I-I'm sorry!" He stuttered out, holding his hands to his face to try and hide.
I quickly sat up and held out my arms for him, and hugged him tightly, "Don't be sorry, Jordy, it was an accident. Don't worry."
He kept shaking his head and mumbling to himself, but still leaned into my chest.
"Jordy, please calm down, it was an accident," I said, rubbing his back.
"We're ready to go," Jay said from the doorway.
I nodded and kept rubbing Charlie's back, Jay gave me a look before disappearing back into the hallway.
Charlie jumped when Danny's squeals filled the bus for a few seconds. I held him closer, without thinking I kissed the top of his head.
He looked at up at me, he looked so innocent. His hands resting on my chest and his widen eyes, he looked almost like a child. There was so much innocence and beauty in his ocean clue eyes.
A shade of pink rested on his cheeks as he stared at me. He blinked himself out of thought and shyly pulled away from me. He picked up his hat and put it back on before zipping up his jacket.
I couldn't keep my eyes off of him. His eyes slowly wandered back to mine, he looked so desperate- but for what?
He slowly opened his mouth to say something but Dylan walked in.
"Guys, we're leaving," He said.
Charlie looked at him and slowly nodded. We all collected our phones and wallets and waited for Danny to finish getting ready himself.
Finally, after five long minutes, Danny came out wearing a big sweater and what looks like jeans that are two sizes too small.
"Sorry guys, I couldn't find my sweater," He smiled innocently.
Jay raised his eyebrow and looked up and down at him, "You mean my sweater?"
He giggled and shrugged, "Same thing. Now let's go, I'm hungry."
We all agreed and started walking to a small restaurant down the road. Charlie walked slower than the rest of, but I slowed my pace to walk by his side.
"Jordy, I need to talk to you," I said,
His gaze moved up to mine and he slowly nodded.
"What happened to my Jordon? What happened to you being happy and talkative? I wanna know what happened, Jordy, I wanna help you," I said, forcing out my words.
His crystal blue eyes fell down to his feet. He gripped his jacket and began shaking his head.
"Will you talk to me later, please?" I pleaded.
He slowly nodded and wrapped his arms around himself. I gently rubbed his shoulder as he stared at the ground.
It hurts me to see him like this, and not know the reason why. I sighed to myself and looked ahead to see we were already there.
