Home.
My cozy, little house I love. It's been empty since my divorce, but it really likes home when Ava is here with me.
I turned to Jordan and smiled, "I hope you don't mind, you'll be sleeping in Ava's old room."
He smiled a little bit, and nodded, holding his backpack tighter. I guided him to Ava's room, and opened the door.
"Sorry it's a little pink," I said chuckling.
He gave me a small smile before shrugging, "Its fine, thank you again George."
"No problem, anything for you, Jordan," I said, gently rubbing his shoulder.
"Is it okay if I take a shower? I just wanna get comfort before it gets too late," He said shyly.
"Of course, which one do you wanna use?" I ask, leaning on the door frame.
"It doesn't matter.. I'll just use the guest bathroom," He said.
He sighed softly before taking a deep breath, and kept his eyes on the floor, "George.. I wanted to thank you. For caring so much about me on tour and even now. You're letting me invade your space even after months on the road. Thank you. I appreciate everything you've done for me."
He quickly stood on his toes and kissed my cheeks, as he pulled away his cheeks were a bright red. He quickly scurried to the guest bathroom and shut the door behind him. A smile slowly formed on my lips and I found my heart beating a little faster.
It was just a friendly gesture, I thought to myself.
I heard the water start so I decided to leave him be and wander to my own room to unpack my stuff and start laundry. I shrugged and went to Ava's room, I grabbed Jordan's backpack and went to my washer. I dumped both of our clothes in.
The clothes will be out before him, I know they will.
I put in the soap as the water began to cover out clothes, and I shut the lid. Taking his empty backpack back to the room, I thought about dinner- crap.
I set the bag on the bed and quickly went to the kitchen and opened my fridge. What is there to eat? I would've gotten more fast food, but Jordan really seems like he needs a home-cooked meal to make him feel better.
Nothing is in the fridge, so I quickly raided the pantry. The first thing I saw was spaghetti noodles- I'll make spaghetti.
I grabbed all the other ingredients and made my way to the stove.
I finished dinner and it was just simmering now, I heard the water turn off a few minutes ago so Jordan should be down here. I still can't stop getting the scene to stop playing in my head.
His adorable cheeks are a bright red, and his quick retreat to the bathroom won't leave my mind.
"GEORGE!?" I heard Jordan practically shriek from the room.
I jumped and quickly ran to the room, almost slipping on everything. I grab on the door frame to stop from falling.
"Whats wrong? What happened?" I said quickly.
He jumped and his face was a dark red, and he was holding his towel around himself for dear life. His hair was wet and really curly and just adorable.
"W-Where did all my clothes go?" He asked, sounding panicked.
Clothes? Oh crap.
"Um.. I'm washing them and I forgot about them, sorry. Come here, I'll let you wear my clothes for now," I said, taking his hand and leading him to my room.
He shyly whined and held the towel tighter.
"On the bright side, you've got some boxers over here that you left," I said as I pulled them out for him and handed them off.
He took them quickly.
I pulled out one of my night shirts and pajama pants and set them on the bed for him.
He stuttered out a 'thank you' before stepping towards the clothes. I left and shut the door behind me to give him privacy. I made my way back to the kitchen and began getting out all the silverware and plates.
"George," I heard with a small whine.
I turned around and a smile instantly appeared on my face as I see him. My shirt was too large for his body and hung down to about mid thigh, the sleeves draped to his elbows, and my pants were dragging on the ground a good 5 inches.
It was probably one of the cutest things I've ever seen. The curly, damp hair that was fluffing up made him look like a pouting child. I couldn't silence my chuckling and soon busted out laughing. I leaned up against the counter and put my hands on my chest in hope it would help calm me down.
His cheeks turned a light pink, and he crossed his arms with another pout.
I finally calmed down after a little and was finally able to look at the adorable sight again.
"I'm sorry, Jordy," I said, choking down my giggles, "You just look so adorable."
His pouting immediately stopped and it was replaced by a red, shocked face. He instantly became shy and very clearly embarrassed.
I smiled widely and opened my arms, "Come here , Jordy, give me a hug."
He slowly shuffled over to me and wrapped his arms around my torso and buried his face into my chest.
"Come on, cutie," I said, messing with his fluff, "Lets eat dinner and head off to bed. We've had a long day.. and especially a long tour," I mumbled into his fluff.
"Thank you, Georgie," He mumbled.
I couldn't help but smile at the old nickname. It made me so happy, he is actually talking to me and smiling. I missed this so much. I've missed my real, Jordy.
The one I loved.
Thank you guys so much for reading, sorry its taking a little longer to update, and I promise this time that my next chapter will definitely be longer than this one and the previous. I love you and thank you all for your time <3
