Farm;DOMESTICATED. a little helpful trick). The Maine Coon has a distinct physical appearance and hunting skills. It is one of the oldest natural breeds of North America, 'native' to the state of Maine (hence the name,though the feline was simply introduced in Maine.)

The Maine Coon is a large,fluffy, and sociable cat. That triggered the nickname 'The Gentle Giant'. This breed has a robust bone structure, rectangular body shape, and flowing coat and a long bushy tail. The colors of the pelt vary widely, with only lilac coloration and chocolate disallowed for pedigree. Their behavior is usually(USUALLY) intelligent, playful, and have a gentle personality. The Maine Coon can have 'dog-like' characteristics.
Maine Coon pelt colors:
The most common color and pattern is brown classic or mackerel tabby but also seen in solid patterns like white,black,blue, or red. Tortoiseshell pattern, tabby pattern, and silver pattern are also common. Eye color ranges from gold to green. Blue or odd-eyes can be accepted as pedigree.
