"Girl you totally rock that sweater, it suits you so well!" Mira says.

"Really thank you so much Mira! You really rock that dress too!" She walked over and took my hand.

"This is going to be great, the guests will be here anytime now!"

"You really get pumped for the holidays, don't you" I said with a chuckle.

"Oh hell yeah! It's the time for cute decorations and yummy food! And it's also about love"

"Love? Why love?"

"Why the mistletoe and the cozening up by the fire of course!"

"Laxus has a lot in store doesn't he?" I said with a wink

"Oh my god Luce!" She nudged me. "And I see you're single as ever Luce" she said with a sigh

"First Levy now you, I feel like I'm going to die alone." I look away.

"Life is full of surprises! Don't be so pessimistic! C'mon tonight is supposed to be fun!"

"You're right, I should enjoy myself. Let's throw the best Christmas party this Fairy Academy has ever seen!"

"That's the spirit, Lucy!" The doorbell rang downstairs, as if on cue. Mira picked up a glass of totally-not-alcoholic-eggnog and took a sip.

"Let's do this" she said before taking my hand and leading me downstairs to the front door. She opened the door, there stood Juvia and Cana with her boyfriend Bacchus.

"We brought booze!" Both Cana and Bacchus say, followed by them both laughing, I wouldn't be surprised if they were drunk already and have Juvia be their sober driver. The poor girl.

"Juvia brought cookies!" Juvia said with a smile handing Mira a plate of cookies shaped like Christmas trees.

"Thank you Juvia, c'mon in you guys, it's cold out there." Cana and Bacchus clung onto each other as they walked in, they are definitely not sober. I laughed to myself, and after they walked in Laxus showed up with some bags.

"Sorry I'm late Mira, the line at the grocery store was insane!" He says giving Mira the bags, "but I got everything you wanted."

"Thanks Laxus!" Mira said giving him a kiss on his cheek, he turned as red as a tomato!

After a while so many people showed up that I could barely make my way through the rooms. Mira really knows a lot of people.

I was having a bit of small talk with some random people when I heard a knock at the door, and since I was near it, I took it upon myself and answered it.

When I opened the door a guy who looked my age with spiky pink hair and black eyes was there, I don't think I've met him before. But he was with Gray and Loke, so I guess he wasn't just some random guy.

"Oh hey Lucy!" Loke said with a wink. "You look smoking hot this evening." He reached out and grabbed my hand, "care to accompany me?"

"C'mon cut the girl some slack, no need to start hitting on her as soon as she opens the door." Gray says pulling Loke's arm away. Thank god, last thing I wanted was the most hardcore fuckboy trying to feel me up.

Loke pouted and headed inside, probably to go talk to another girl. Typical.

"Hey Lucy, it's been a while hasn't it" Gray says giving me a hug.

"Oh yeah, it's been a couple months hasn't it?" I respond.

"Oh I'm such an idiot, this is Natsu" He motions to the pink haired guy behind him.

"Hello, i'm Lucy! Are you new?"

"Yeah, just transferred from Sabertooth university," he says with a really, and I mean really, attractive voice.

"Sabertooth? Isn't that a fighting academy? For like intense physical training?"

"Well yeah, I've been been looking to join the military for years!"

"So what made you come to this Academy?"

"Well, I don't know really, gut feeling I guess."

"Well I'm going to go inside now and grab a drink" Gray says "Don't let this idiot annoy you" He says motioning to Natsu.

"I'm not an Idiot!" His eyes light up with rage, it reminds me of flames. "I'm no more and idiot than yourself!"

"Wow, dude, chill. I'm just messing with you. No need to start a fight." he goes inside leaving us alone.

"So, you say you're names' Lucy. That's a really cute name" he says with a smile

"Oh, thank you."

"Hey Lucy come back inside were gonna do a drinking competition." Cana says grabbing my arm, she is totally hammered, she's even more drunk than when she arrived. She pulls me back inside.

"Sorry, It was nice meeting you, Natsu" I call out to him.

Cana lets go of my arm and I see Mira also, totally buzzed.

"Hey Luce~" Mira slurs.

"Hey Mira, I see you've been having a good time."

"Oh hells yeah! I totally won't regret this in the morning!" She giggles.

"C'mon let's have a little competition." Erza joins in the conversation, passing me a glass of what I can assume to be booze. "Whoever can drink more without passing out wins! And the loser has to do whatever the winner says."

"Wow sounds incredibly Cliche, You're on!" I say taking the cup.

I down my first glass, and I already feel weird. Mira passes me another glass. I down that one two, but by the time I receive my third cup, Erza is already on her fifth. I don't wanna lose, especially not her, she'd probably make me humiliate myself. ^^"

Cana passes me another, then another, than another glass. After a while, I can't even remember how many I've had, but apparently I'm doing well because people are cheering for me, or what I can believe is cheering. Maybe i'm in the hospital, in a coma and they are yelling at me to wake up.

I mean that could be a possibility.

I look around and everyone's faces are starting to blur together. I'm usually not an alcohol drinker, but I am of age and I'm in college, I might as well live a little. But, this might of been a bad Idea.

I feel dizzy, but I still accept the drinks, Why? Even if I lose and Erza makes me pole dance, I won't remember squat, because I'm drinking so much.

Maybe I'll just make myself pass out and then maybe-
