Sunday Morning with Adam, Miranda, Blake and Me~Edited

Chapter 33 20 minutes carried women.

By the time I get back it will be 1pm. I made agave lemon water and drank a few glasses, and got most of my voice back.

I got my makeup done pretty quickly and brushed my hair.

I called Miranda in to help me get dressed, and she did, I had my #teamAdam boy cut girls' underwear on. Of course she laughed and said "Only you would be wearing those underwear on your wedding"

"Well only I would be crazy enough, to not listen to my best friend and end up falling in love with Adam Levine" I say as I'm laughing

"Well babe I am glad you didn't listen to me, it makes me so happy to see both of you so much in love!"

It's 2pm and I hear the door, must be Blake. We slowly head outside, and just before we are out the door Blake says "babe I am not walking you down the aisle" As I see my dad standing there.

"What the, who, how? Oh My God" I say

"Well first Adam, your mother and I have been over at the cowboy and his wife's house, second I wouldn't miss this for anything, we have to leave tomorrow night though" My dad says

Miranda whispers to me "Oh yeah and you thought he would do something Adam like, turns out it was you" she laughs as she kisses my cheek.

"We have chairs set up so you do not need to stand" Adam whispered.

"Oh my god Adam, I owe both you and M big time"

"Well for me it's easy just remember to say I do, but for Miranda it will take a lot more than that"

The wedding was beautiful, and Adam carried me everywhere we need to go for pictures or they wouldn't have been taken. Blake and Miranda were our best man and maid of honor; we had my mom and dad as groomsmen and bridesmaid. Kristy was at the wedding with her boyfriend and I was glad she was there, we have been talking at least once a week since all hell broke loose that day, his other childhood friend Jake was there too and of course the guys were there, but the big surprise to me was my favorite cousin was there, and so was her sister, the one I fought with about Adam. There were soooooo many people.

"We have an hour before the reception what do you want to do?" Adam said

"Head to our room and I will show you what I want to do"

"ADAM, OH ADAM"

"So I am glad you sound proofed this room, because there will be a lot more of that happening"

"I can't believe you thought you could pull off a wedding without me knowing" Adam says

"How did you know?"

"Well I had walked into the kitchen and walked by the door to the pool and I heard you telling M that you thought I didn't want to marry you, which was the dumbest thing I have heard out of your mouth ever, and I made M tell me anything you were planning so she could help me plan this instead"

"WOW! Well husband, I need to fix my hair and makeup, so we can get back out there, and you need to fix your hair too"

"We have to hurry because we will have to drive to the reception"

I was done pretty quickly, and then we were waiting for mister can't tell time.

We get there and I hear Blake and Miranda say "Please allow us to introduce to you Mr. And Mrs. Levine. As Adam carries me in, it is just easier that way.

"You are going to tell me at some point tonight how you broke your ankle"

We have dinner, and listen to a bunch of speeches, And Adam does one about how he will always love me and has since we met, but that he wishes I was not so slow to figure out how great of a guy he really is, because he always knew I was the one.

"Adam you knew I was not ready to love anyone you did not push me or try to make me change. Most importantly because of you I learned that I could love again! That my heart could take breaking. My first trip back home, I told my dad we were dating. He told me that dating a celebrity will bring a lot of heartbreak and he was right it did, but Adam you also healed my heart, so everyone raise a glass to my husband! Cheers

My cousin comes over and wants to talk to me...so we slowly head to the hallway. "I needed to come to your wedding"

"Why so you could make sure he actually married me?"

"No, to apologize! I am sorry I said what I did when I didn't really know him"

"Yeah but even after spending all day with us at RIWALORO, you still figured he was just using me as a way to spend his time. You don't know how hard it was for me to trust him, how hard it was falling in love with him, how much I had to fight. But you still judged both of us"

"Look Mandy I am sorry! I never wanted you to get hurt, but it turns out I was the one that hurt you!"

"Yeah you did"

"I am truly sorry and I wish nothing but the best for you guys"

"Thanks, now I better get back in there. I am glad you are here"

"Adam I need to talk to Miranda quick then we can have our dance"

"Miranda, what song did he pick for our first dance?"

"What, why?"

"I don't want him to know but change it, give the DJ this one please"

"Ok but only because I love you" she says.

"Ok Adam let's do this"

"So this morning at the Baker/Levine house...Oh now I get to just call it the Levine house...any way it was interesting, the wedding was supposed to be a surprise for me, but I found out her plans, so this was a surprise for her instead, but at 8:30am I get a frantic text that Blake and Miranda are taking her to the hospital, turns out she broke her ankle so she has been being carried most places today. For our first dance song we will be dancing slightly different, he picked me up in his arms and danced while holding me, the song started "Wait this is not right" he says to me

"Yeah it is! It's one of my favorites. To her with love"

"Okay. So Babe you have to tell me how you broke it?" he whispered in my ear.

I explained what happened. And then he said "Seriously though between us, it is always something" he said

"Well like Blake said before, we are both so much drama, but I would like to stay away from the hospital for a while, I was worried you would do something Adam like and turns out it was me that did it" I say then add "Really though I just wanted to be carried around all day"

"Next time just ask, you know I would" he said.

My dad and I had our father daughter dance, we just didn't move very far, mostly just side to side. We danced to The way you look tonight; Adam had asked me if he could sing it since he has covered it before, which I didn't know. I of course said yes, so he sang it while dad and I danced.

We did all the traditional ceremony stuff, and just after the flower toss and garter throw, he says we have something to do. My parents have already gone to our house to sleep since they are 3 hours ahead of our time. I am ready, I say "Actually Adam I have something to do, I have over ridden your choice, you just need to sit here" I start to sing Shania Twain's Your still the one, we both cried and I managed to suck it up long enough for me to get through it, and then we partied ALL NIGHT.

We were in the limo and heading home, since we have work tomorrow and then the next day he is back to the voice.

And he asks "Were you actually going to wear the other dress".

"Well when I thought it was just the 4 of us I liked the dress, you all have seen me in less, but Miranda was right the dress looked slutty not sexy, so I went with the only other dress in the place I even remotely liked.

"Good because as soon as you walked in the place I told Miranda you make sure you tried on the dress you are wearing, so I am glad you liked it to"

"You were not supposed to see the dress, good thing I love you"

"Well it's too late to change your mind, you are stuck with me forever now" he said

"No Adam it was too late to change my mind so long ago, I just needed the reassurance you were ready to give up the other ladies in your life"
