The light who dares to defy
The light who dares to defy
The darkness known as the night
A rebel against the evil
Fighting for all that is right
It cuts through the thickening gloom
The light who dares to defy
Setting the dark sky ablaze
And wishing the darkness goodbye
Yet the time is not proper
For the light’s regain of power
The light who dares to defy
Again, the darkness devours
Flickering flashes of fury
Dance powerfully across the night sky
Probing the reigning darkness
The light who dares to defy
