1. Girls Day

|Ch1: Girls Day|

Raine watched her mother as she paced back and forth with a cup of coffee in her hand. The look that's spread across her face is priceless. Raine has no idea on what's wrong with her, even though she asked about twenty times and she has yet to tell her.

"Ma, can you please tell me what's wrong" Raine practically begged. She was tired of watching her go back and forth, she's only been here for two days and she's been pacing since Richard left after dropping her off.

"I'm just nervous okay. I haven't physically seen you in years and I have a lot of activities that I want to do with you but I don't know where to start a-" Raine couldn't help but to laugh she asks like she's never met her own daughter before

"Relax ma, It doesn't matter to me as long as I'm hanging with you everything will be okay. No need to get all worked up"

Lauren stopped pacing and smiled at her daughter. Raine always manages to place a smile on Lauren's face. "You're right. I just missed you so much. I should have never cheated on your father"

Raine frowned "Let's not bring that up okay. Positive Vibes Only"

"Alright let me go get dressed so we can start our day" She kissed her cheek and headed upstairs to her room.

Today is the day before Raine starts her senior year at a new school. She honestly couldn't wait. She was finally going to be away from the phoney ass females and the dudes who only talked to her if they wanted to know something about her father. Don't get her started on the thirsty female teachers. The school is just a total mess but hopefully this one will be different since nobody will know exactly who her father is...at least... She hopes they don't.

She decided to get dressed herself. Raine was going to wait until my mother was dressed to ask what exactly they were doing today but knowing Lauren, she takes years in the bathroom.

Walking into her closet she decided on a pair of black ripped skinny jeans and a white v-neck that exposes the PRINCESS tattoo that Richard let her get for her 17th birthday-well he didn't actually let her get that tattoo but he said that she could get one and that's what she chose. Richard wasn't too thrilled about the area that she got it in but since it was her birthday he let it slide

For shoes Raine just wore a pare of black Nikes. That's all she really wore, She just has them in a bunch of different colors. What can she say? They're my favorite brand of shoes and less expensive than Jordans. Raine wasn't really to fond of Jordans. She wasn't about to risk her life over some damn shoes that won't even fit after 3 years.

She grabbed her phone and purse then went back downstairs to sit on the couch and wait for Lauren to get done getting dressed. She looked at her phone to see that Alicia, one of the girls that pretends to be her friend, texted her.

Alicia 😒: r u ready to start senior year tomorrow !?!! 😆

Me: Yeah except I transferred! Lol

Just typing that made her smile. She no longer had to deal with her ass.

Alicia 😒:What why?! 😭 that's not funny either how could you just up and leave me without even telling me that's a real smart move😒😒😒
