"He sounds mysterious! I ship you two! Hashtag Rovetta!"
"Willow, he disappeared into thin air! I think those mushrooms I ate were poisoned."
"Pfft, nah. He sounds like your type. Non-existant."
"Gee, thanks. How is it back at San Fransisco? Is the orchestra surviving without their percussionist?"
"We're dying over here! Bob is on the drum kit. Do you see the problem there?"
"You poor girl," I chuckle.
"Anyways. I have to go. Farren is a pain in the-"
"Bye, now."

The day turns to night and I fall asleep, allowing my dreams to take over.
I'm in my bed, but something wakes me up. It's a voice, almost childlike.
"We need you," The voice says.
I open my eyes. There's nothing, just my empty room.
"We need you," The voice says again.
"Who's there?" I ask.
I stand up from my bed and walk towards the hallway.
"Come," The voice says.
I follow where the voice is coming from. The voice leads me down the stairs and through the kitchen to the garden.
The fairy lights are on. The garden looks even prettier at night.
"We need you," The voice says again, except this time, I know where it's coming from:
The fountain.
I walk warily towards the fountain, the wind rushing through my hair.
I take one final step towards the fountain before stopping.
"We need you."
Suddenly, the fountain spews water into the air, dividing into two, creating a curtain effect.
I look down at the fountain itsself, and to my surprise, it's no longer a fountain, but rather a large pit, bottomless by the looks of it.
"We need you," The voice says again, coming from the pit.
"We need you," The voice says louder, impatient even.
"We need you!"
Suddenly, something grabs my hand and pulls me into the pit.
I scream and shout and try to grab onto something on the walls.
"No! Help!" I shout.

I wake up, sweat-covered and panting. It was all a dream.

"Come on, Rosetta! We're leaving!"
"Coming, mom!"
I follow my mom to the car and we head off to my first day at my new school: Madsun High School.
I get out of the car and take a look at the school building. It's absolutely massive, with tall marble pillars at the front of the school, leading to the wide and fancy foyer.
"Wow."
"Hey, new girl!" A boy from afar shouts.
