Derek sighed as he opened the door for Stiles to get out of the car. He grabbed Stiles's hand and helped him out with a soft smile on his face. Stiles returned it and shut the door without letting go of Derek's hand. Stiles gave Derek a reassuring nod before they started towards the fairy section of the woods.

"Fairies are harmless, Der." Stiles gave Derek a grin and Derek shook his head.

"No they are not, they make sacrifices and do freaky rituals." Derek scoffed, "please just don't provoke them, babe."

"Fine." Stiles nudged Derek's shoulder and he could finally spot the opening not too far ahead of him.

The clearing seemed empty to anyone who had glanced at it, but to Derek it was full of fairies chattering, commuting and just living their everyday lives. It took Stiles's eyes several minutes to adjust but once they did he could see everything. Derek weaved through a crowd of fairies still holding Stiles's hand. Stiles couldn't help but stare at everyone around him not one of them was dull they all had exaggerated colors and petite features.

"Dye your hair light blue and you'll fit right in." Derek grinned back at Stiles who chuckled.

Derek looked ahead and spotted Galaxy talking quickly to a girl with light green hair. The couple practically made a beeline towards the fairy. Galaxy looked up and sighed, he shooed the girl away and turned towards the other males.

"What a surprise." Galaxy muttered sarcastically.

a couple of fairies passing by had stopped to stare at Stiles's belly and Derek's grip on his hand. Baby Noah was well known throughout the fairy community now, especially with the threat of his death. Some fairies whispered and continued walking others pointed and Stiles couldn't help but feel like he was some type of freak being shown off at a circus.

"We just came to talk." Derek stood protectively in front of Stiles.

"I am aware." Galaxy frowned, "speak."

Derek wanted to give a witty retort, but Stiles pushed forward and started talking, "Why are you acting so off?"

"Since when has my mood ever affected you?" Galaxy scoffed.

"Ever since you found out about that dark fairy-" Galaxy shushed Stiles panic evident in his eyes.

"We do not speak of that here." He crossed his arms over his chest.

"Well, where can we speak of it." Derek snipped annoyed.

"Not here." Galaxy frowned.

Stiles and Derek didn't have a chance to say anything back to the pink man once he turned away he snapped them back into their car. Derek huffed and rubbed at his face aggravated with himself and the fairies. Stiles watched him with gentle eyes before reaching out and taking Derek's hand. Derek started the car and looked over at Stiles.

"We'll draw him out to the house and get him to talk there." Stiles suggested and Derek nodded, "okay?"

"Okay." Derek nodded.

Stiles sat on his couch as Derek dialed Galaxy's number. Derek bit his lip which was a sign, Stiles had picked up on, that Derek was concentrated. The phone rang three times before Galaxy answered.

"Babywolf, this better be important." Galaxy grunted.

"It's the dark fairy she's-" Derek hung up to give Galaxy a sense of danger.

"Did it work?" Stiles inquired.

Before Derek could answer a puff of pink erupted in front of them. Galaxy stood there with a golden dagger in his hand and determination on his face.

"I think so." Derek smirked and stood up.

"Where is she?" Galaxy questioned his eyes frantically looking around for her.

"I don't know." Derek shrugged, "but now that you're here you can tell us everything we have to know about your her."

Galaxy's body relaxed and his frantic looks turned into an annoyed glare. He sighed rubbing at the bridge of his nose, he couldn't believe he actually fell for their trick. He looked back up at the two before huffing once more and taking a seat across from Stiles.

"Fine." Galaxy caved in, "what do you want to know?"

"Why did she attack Scott?" Stiles inquired.

"My guess is that she wanted to draw you out to get to Noah." Galaxy sighed.

"How would she get to Noah?" Derek raised an eyebrow, "he's still in Stiles'a stomach."

"Cut Stiles open and take him out." Galaxy guessed.

"But he's not even ready to come out." Stiles's  hands wrapped around his stomach  protectively.

"Nothing a little fairy magic can't handle." Galaxy countered.

Derek and Stiles looked at one another both barring the same worried expression. Galaxy watched the two carefully before going on.

"But I ensure your son is dire to the fairy community and we'll do everything in our power to protect him." Stiles nodded even though he didn't completely trust that statement, "I'll capture my sister soon enough."

"Sister?" Stiles gaped at him but Galaxy ignored him.

"You better." Derek grunted his arms crossed over his chest.

"Was that a threat?" Galaxy looked over at Derek is eyebrows scrunched together and his lips in a thin line.

"It was a warning at the most." Derek dismissed the fairy unhappy with what information he was given.

Galaxy glared at him one last time before he disappeared in a puff of pink. Stiles gave Derek a flat look before standing back up and sighing.

"Please don't piss off our only fairy ally, Der." Stiles stifled a yawn.

"He's not being-"

"Derek, we need him." Stiles squeezed Derek's shoulder softly, "just play nice."

"Fine." Derek murmured stubbornly.

"Now come on i'm tired." Stiles intertwined his fingers into Derek's and they headed off to bed.

Outside of the house the wind whistled and street cars passed by every once in a while. The street lights hadn't lit up and the entire street was pitch black making it a bit hard to see anyone walking. Stiles's home was dark all the lights shut off, his father wouldn't be home for another hour. Stiles and Derek both rested in Stiles's bedroom peacefully.

The tree outside of his bedroom window shook with what looked like the wind, but what no one could see was that the dark fairy herself sat there watching both males sleep. She grinned to herself finally ready to strike.
