Ordinary / Extraordinary01. Ordinary Gods
Or should I say Goddesses?
/ For there are not enough Gods to compete with the girls / So they turn to a life of blasphemy and profanity. / Red goddesses reign over the crumbling suburbias. / Sucking away at all the life and love /Scarlet power dripping down sweetly smiling chins. /Goldilocks and sugar sweet kisses made to entice corrupted little boys.I've never been one to like the ordinary / and their lack of individuality/ but there is something about them / that I find myself drawn to. / Perhaps it is the barely concealed loathing. / Maybe it's the backstabbing and blood. / But mostly it is their pristine perfect / peel concealing the mould and decay / that is their fleshy fermenting innards.
02. The Extraordinary
Goddesses come in two different types / One is the innocent extraordinary / not yet corrupt by the ordinaries. / Second are the famous Goddesses. / Corrupt and destroyed yet / fascinatingly complex and broken / like a smashed window boarded up / with rotting planks nailed over / the destruction.Extraordinary Goddesses fascinate me. / I hold them under microscopes, / record every detail in muted colours / and crimson, scarlet, red. / I study the famous extraordinary. / I find their decay and imperfections perfectly beautiful. / I watch the innocent in their cages / waiting to witness the breakage / that will undoubtedly occur.
