I sighed as I sat in the living room, waiting for Calum to get home. As if on cue, the door opened and Calum walked in.
"Hey babe." He smiled.
"Where the hell have you been?" I scoffed, standing up and looking at him. He looked at me.
"Hello Calum, nice to see you too." He fake smiled.
"Where have you been?" I asked again.
"Out with the guys, you know that." He shrugged, shutting the door.
"You were meant to be back in time to put Dove to bed." I scoffed.
"I am back in time to put Dove to bed." He looked at me.
"I put her down two hours ago, Calum." I spat. He rolled his eyes before passing me and heading towards her room.
"I'll go say goodnight now." He shrugged.
"No you won't, you know that she won't settle down again." I spoke.
"Then what the hell do you want me to do?!" He spat, turning around to look at me.
"How about you come home on time so you don't have to wake up your daughter to say goodnight." I snapped back. He scoffed at me.
"You know, I love you and Dove but my whole life doesn't revolve around you two." He hissed.
"That doesn't mean that you can't be home on time, Calum! You're barely ever here, you could at least put your daughter to bed." I barked.
"I was having fun with the guys that I have to live with for eighteen months at a time, I need to hang out with them." He sighed.
"But you're not even here anymore. When you're gone, Dove asks me every single day when daddy is coming home and then even when you are home, you're not even here for her!" I yelled.
"That's bullshit and you know it!" He shouted.

"Mummy, daddy?" Calum whipped around to reveal Dove standing in the corridor, gripping her blanket. I sighed as he walked towards her and picked her up.
"Hey, baby girl, why are you up?" He asked.
"I heard you fighting." She mumbled, rubbing her eye. I sighed.
"Are you going to leave each other?" She muttered.
"No baby, of course not, mummy and daddy love each other very much." I reassured, rushing to them.
"Really?" She asked. Calum looked down at me.
"Of course." He smiled gently. I returned it before pecking his lips.
"Now, daddy is going to tuck his princess into bed." He smiled at her before looking at me.
"Both his princesses." He bit his lip. I gave him a small smile before he walked into Dove's room.

I lay in bed, just looking at the wall as the door opened and Calum walked in. He sighed and pulled off his shirt before laying next to me.
"Baby." He mumbled. I turned around so we were facing each other.
"I didn't mean any of what I said." He shook his head.
"It's okay, Calum-"
"No, it's not baby girl. You and Dove are without a doubt the most important part of my life, fuck, you guys are my life. And trust me, it kills me that I can't be here for you as much I want to be but you know I love you." He spoke, looking at me with broken eyes.
"No, Calum, I was way out of order saying that stuff. I know you try to be there for her and I'm sorry for what I said." I choked. He gave me a small smile.
"So am I, princess." He spoke. I smiled before leaning in and pressed our lips together. He returned it and deepened the kiss, slipping his tongue into my mouth. I smiled as he pushed me back onto the bed so he could hover over me as he ran his hand up and down my leg. I moaned as he moved his lips to my neck and started to suck on the skin.
"Dove is in the other room, Cal." I breathed.
"Then you better be quiet." He smirked. I returned it as he started to kiss down my body.

"She doesn't want you to go away." I mumbled. He sighed and ran his hands through my hair.
"I know. But I'll only be gone for a month, and then I'll be back. Anyway, you guys can visit." He shrugged.
"We can't. She's not old enough to deal with the fans yet." I muttered. He sighed again.
"She will be soon enough." He spoke. I nodded and snuggled closer to him.
"Goodnight baby girl. I love you." He mumbled, placing a kiss on my head.
"I love you too, babe." I muttered before closing my eyes.
