There was a loud, piercing scream that woke everyone in the Loud house up. "Guys! Guys! You won't believe this! Luna is dead!" Lynn shouted at the top of her lungs. Everyone was mumbling things, not sure whether or not to believe her. "Don't believe me? Come look!" Lynn ran outside and into the garage in order to show what had happened.
Everyone stood there in shock and in tears.
Luna's body lied on it's back, limbs twisted in different directions. Her eyes were closed and her mouth was barley hanging open, but everyone could see the misery on her face. There was a hole in her throat, leaving a pool of blood on the ground that was around her head and where the stab wound was. Her clothing was ripped up, making it look like she got them from a garbage can. Her guitar was next to her body, it was beaten up and had a few loose strings that were hanging in the air.
Although Luan appeared to be sad, she was actually faking her sadness, and in reality, she felt empty inside, no happiness or sadness, just emptiness. "W-who would do this?!?" Luan's mom, Rita, screamed. "And most importantly, why?!? What did she ever do to deserve this?!?" She collapsed to her knees and started crying uncontrollably.
All the sisters, and Lincoln, stood there in shock. They didn't know what to do or say, even Lucy was standing with them in shock. Luan wasn't sure, but she was positive she saw a ghost rise from Luna's dead body and glare at her evilly before disappearing.
Rita quickly dialed 911 to report Luna's death to the police. Luan remembered the knife that she had set next to Luna, although she didn't worry because she already had something planned. When nobody was looking, Luan quickly slipped on a pair of gloves she hid in her skirt and picked up the knife. She walked up behind Lynn, who was farther away from everyone and sitting right outside the garage.
Luan quickly placed the knife in Lynn's back pocket without being detected and backed away slowly. She looked back down at Luna and smiled for a moment before walking out of the garage, once again faking her sadness.
She saw the lights from the police cars and quickly ran over to the rest of the family, as well as Lynn. Luan let Lynn get ahead of her so she could see if the knife was still in Lynn's back pocket, and it was. Luan continued running after making sure the knife was still there, pulling off her gloves and placing them back inside her skirt while at the same time running.
She was now with the rest of the family, who were waiting patiently while the parents talked to the police. The time came where the police asked to show them the crime scene, and they did as they were told. The police looked at Luna's body for a while before speaking.
"There's currently no evidence to prove who did the crime, but we'll run an investigation as soon as we can Mrs. Loud," the officer said, writing something down on a notepad. Rita just nodded as the officer walked over to the kids. "I'll be questioning each and every one of you for answers, starting with the oldest one," he pointed and Lori and motioned her to come inside the house. "Come on now," the office said, standing by the door. Lori quickly walked up to him and followed him inside the house.

After Luan was questioned, Lynn was brought into the house, and the police officer didn't say anything when she walked in, instead, he gave her a filthy look and pointed to a chair. She quickly sat down in the chair and the officer sat across from her.
"So, Lynn, I'm going to get to the point right away."
"Go for it."
"Luan said that she saw you yesterday in the garage doing something, and that when you walked out, you were covered in blood and holding a knife, is that correct?"
"What? No!"
"Luan also said she saw the knife in your back pocket before we arrived, is that correct?"
"No way! I would never kill Luna!"
"Do you mind if I check you out?"
"Yeah, cause I got nothing on me!"
"Alright, stand up."
Lynn stood up out of her chair and the officer walked up to her with a metal detector and scanned her whole body. She was certain that she had nothing on her until she heard a loud beeping noise, which startled her.
"Lynn?"
"Yeah?"
"If you didn't have a knife, tell me what this is."
He showed her the knife that was covered in Luna's blood, causing her to gasp suddenly. She had no idea how that got there or why someone would put it there.
"Woah! I never put that there, or murdered Luna! Please, officer, you need to understand!"
"It's too late for understanding, Lynn! You're guilty!"
(A/N) I know, that's not exactly how a crime investigation works but I really wanted to get this scene done in one chapter, so I apologize.
Anyway, are you guys enjoying the story so far? I'd love to know! Please vote and comment, and have a good day/night! ❤
