Chapter 4

Light blinded me as I flickered open my eyes. My hand felt around the bed but I could only feel the sheets. I turned to my side and noticed Camila wasn't there. Shocker.

I grabbed my phone and looked at the time; 8:46.

On the lock screen was Camila🍌🐨.

I unlocked my phone and read her text.

Sorry I left. Had to go take care of some business. You don't mind if I kind of steal your clothes?

I chuckled at the text and got out of bed. While brushing my teeth I texted Camila back.

Y/n - It's no problem

A few moments later she texted back.

Camila🍌🐨 - haha thx

After doing my morning routine I headed out the door to go get some Starbucks. I sat at the table from last time. The image of Camila getting coffee spilled all over her and her getting punched flashed in my head. I rubbed my face and took a sip of my coffee.

The seat in front of me was moved and a person sat in it. I looked up and noticed Austin. Anger surged throughout my body.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Look I'm sorry about what happened. I was being a total jerk to you and Camila." he pointed out.

I calmed down a bit at his words. Surprising how he can apologize.

"And why now just apologize?"

He sighed, "I've been through some tough times ever since."

I had no idea what to say.

"Y/n please forgive me. I won't talk to Camila again." he pleaded.

"I forgive you but you can still talk to Camila. That's her choice if she wants to talk to you though." I replied.

My phone buzzed and I quickly looked down at it.

Camila🍌🐨 - You wanna go get some coffee?

Y/n - I'm already at Starbucks. Austin is here

Camila🍌🐨 - wat why?

Y/n - I don't know he just came up and apologized

Camila🍌🐨 - well I guess that's canceled.

Camila🍌🐨 - I've gotta go see you later

Y/n - k bye

I locked my phone and noticed Austin was gone. Where'd he go? I finished off my coffee and left. I decided to go to the grocery store since the apartment needs food. I grabbed the things I needed and pushed the cart up front. Two carts collided.

"Oh I'm sorry," I instantly apologized.

I then noticed it was Lauren.

"Oh hey Y/n" she greeted.

Ally appeared behind her holding up a dress and asking her opinion. She then realized me.

"Hey!!" she tossed the dress on Lauren and came to say hi.

I heard the familiar voices of Dinah and Normani. Then I heard the laughter of Camila. They appeared around Lauren. Camila was wearing a cowboy hat and a fluffy pink scarf. I started to laugh.

Once she saw me she instantly threw off the hat and scarf. She started to blush, "Oh... uh.. hey Y/n" she mumbled.
She ran her fingers through her hair and fixed it. Dinah and Normani were still laughing but more quietly.
