I graduated college only a few weeks ago. Camila was now out of my mind and I needed to worry about more important things like my job. I worked in an agency at the time but I was still trying to get use to everything. My office was quiet and the only sounds were me rustling through files and papers as well as me typing on my laptop. The door squeaked open and I looked up from the screen. My boss, Peter Hansen, stepped in. "Mister Y/l/n, we have a guest who is here to help with this business to help get us better profit." he said and held the door open. A pretty lady walked in and nodded to Peter before sitting down. Peter left without a word. I finally made eye contact with the woman.

"Camila?" I breathed.

She gave me a small smile, "Y/n there's no time to talk about us."

A few hours of business she left her card of information on my desk. She really didn't want to talk to me. I slid the card into my pocket after saving Camila's number into my phone. She was going to be back tomorrow and I really need to straighten things up with her. Now she's the only thing on my mind. I was quietly listening to the radio in my car till I could hear voices. Outside was Camila talking to a man. Seems like they were arguing. Was that Mason? I watched intently as the two argued until Camila was slapped hard. I wanted to rush out the car and help her but I knew if I did that it'll just be worse on me. It took me a while but I drove away trying hard not to go back.

It was about 9 am when the door opened and I noticed Camila was back. We both smiled but didn't say anything. There was a small bruise on her face but lower down on her neck and collarbone were a few hickeys. She quickly covered them up with her hand. We were talking business till mid sentence she started crying. "Camila? What's wrong?" I asked not knowing what to do. My only instinct was to get out my seat and comfort her. She tried breathing steadily but she kept shedding tears.

"Y/n I don't know what to do..." she sobbed. "Mason hurts me but I'm still so in love with him." She confessed.

I wiped her tears with a swipe of my thumb, my hands cuffed around her face. "Mila you can stay at my place if you want," I offered but she shook her head. "I'm already staying at Normani's place but Mason just lures me back to him."

"What do you want me to do?" I asked grabbing her a cup of water.

"Just help me." She cried and I sat there like an idiot watching the girl I used to love and care for drown in her own tears.

I took off my tie and helped her out of her seat. "We're going to my place then." I whispered to her. I led her towards my car and opened the door for her. Once I was in the car I looked over at Camila who had her hands covering her face. We were back at my place and I let Camila sit in peace while she ate her banana. I was in the dining room finishing up some paperwork when Camila called me over. I did as asked and sat next to her. I raised an eyebrow as I looked at her.

"I'm sorry about bringing you into this," she said.

"Don't worry, if you want me here than I'll be here." I replied.

After a moment of silence Camila broke in. "Mason is my virginity holder."

I was a bit confused on why she told me this and why at this point. Earlier she was bawling her eyes out. "Umm, is that a bad thing?" She just rolled her eyes and moved in closer to me lying her head on my chest. Her phone went off and she got up to check it."Its from Mason," she sighed. She was typing over and over till she got up. "I've gotta go," she murmured before grabbing her things.

"Camila you can't go back to Mason. You know what's gonna happen!"

Before I could say anything else she just left. Is she insane? Doesn't she know how bad he is? Of course she does! I grabbed my car keys and watched as she stepped inside of some guys car before driving away. I ran outside and got into my car following. They stopped at a house and I watched as they both got out and walked inside. Hours later the door opened shedding light into the darkness. Camila walked down the steps clumsily.

"Camila!" I shouted.

She looked towards my direction and came over. I rolled down the window as she poked her head through. "Looking for a good time, baby?" she asked. She was obviously drunk and I motioned for her to get into the car. She was passed out and I had to carry her bridal style into the house. She was now laying on my bed and I had to sleep on the couch. Luckily I was off tomorrow but I don't know about Camila.

I nudged Camila awake after taking a shower. She looked around not knowing where she was. "Camila you're at my house."

"What happened?" She asked rubbing her head.

"Well you went to someone's house with Mason so I got you before anything bad happened to you again." She didn't reply but looked at the time. "I've gotta go Y/n," I gave her a slight wave before she ran out the door calling Ally. Why can't she just break up with Mason? She knows he's a bad person but still why? I made some coffee and the only thing on my mind was Camila. When she was doing business she looked so hot but I know better than that. She's with Mason and I'm not going to interfere with their relationship. I'll try keeping her safe but I won't make any moves on her. If she wants Mason she'll get him if she comes running to me then... we'll I don't know.

 we'll I don't know
