Chapter thirty: The birth of the hybrid

I hope you like this sorry I haven't updated you in a while; I have been studying for mid-terms, which Thursday was the last day off, so now I am on winter break, so that I will be writing more.

I heard a scream that came from the woods. I ran out the door. When I got there, I saw Raven on the ground holding her stomach. "Baby, I am here for you; I need you to calm down. Lilith, sweetheart, I need to go into the refrigerator, where there should be a baby bottle full of blood. I need you to warm it up for one minute. Adien grabbed some warm water and towels. Sofia, can you go get some blankets and pillows, "I asked, holding Raven's hand gently.

The kids brought what I needed, and I took them. I put the bottle of blood next to Raven. I then put some warm water on a washcloth and put it on her head. After that, I grabbed the pillow and put it under her head. Then put a blanket on Raven's legs." Okay, sweetheart, it's time. I know it hurts, baby, but I need you to help me to get our son out," I said, holding her.

I went over to her and looked between her legs. I noticed the baby's head poking out. " I need you to push Raven because his head is coming out," I said, propping her up.

Raven did as I told her to do. I then saw his ears. Raven had just given birth to Nathen at the time jump. He was currently wrapped in a blanket while I was feeding him the bottle of blood as he was falling asleep.

When Raven was finally asleep, I walked out of our cabin and went to the house. When I got into the house, I went to the basement and over to where Daniel was, then opened the door. "Hey, asshole, I hope you are having a great night," I said, being sarcastic to him.

"You are going to pay for everything you have done," he said weakly to me while trying to scare me.

"Oh really, last time I checked, I kicked your ass, and you were my bitch," I said, stating the truth.

Daniel just sat there laughing faintly. I stood there trying to stand my ground the best I could without punching him. My vampire side was told to kill the poor bastard. But I was planning to make his death slow and painful. I smiled at him then started to laugh, my jackass laugh. "Seriously, you have to be kidding me, and you really can't be telling me that you could win. I mean, look at you," I said, looking at him with a smirk on my face.

Just then, I punched him in the jaw. After that, I gave him a look like I did when I fought him. On that note, I left, walked toward the cabin, and opened the front door with Raven sleeping and Lilith holding Nathen. "I bathed Nathen and fed him. He is trying to fall asleep, so be very quiet, "Lilith said, looking into my eyes.

"Okay, sweetheart, thank you for telling me. I will take care of him from here; get some sleep. I love you, "I said as Lilith walked off.

I smiled, my signature smile, at my daughter, then looked at my newborn son, who was asleep in my arms. He was so cute to look at. He had black hair blue eyes, and he got Raven's nose, my mouth, my ears, and his mom's cheeks. "Hey, daddy," Sofia said, looking at me with sleepy eyes.

"Yes, baby girl," I answered in a soft and quiet voice.

"Are we going to move because of grandpa," she asked in her cute voice that I loved.

"No, sweetheart, we are not leaving here because of Daniel. Now go back to bed so you can rest because aunt Eve is getting married tomorrow, "I said in a calm, soothing voice.

"Okay, daddy, I will go to sleep so I can be happy tomorrow," she said before heading back to her room where Adien and Lilith were sleeping. "Night, Daddy, I love you."

"Night, baby loves you too," I said, lying down next to Raven while holding Nathen.
