"Hey, both of the tires are completely flat on my- shit," he stopped as he saw the other two tires flat.

"So much for being 'the best driver I've ever had,'" I said mimicking him.

"Ay shut up! I'm gonna have one of the guys pick us up." He started to dial one of their numbers when I said,

"Um, you realize you need to call a tow too, right?" I looked into his focused eyes, and he looked into mine. It seemed like we were lost in the depth of each other's eyes.

"Right," he finally said breaking the gaze, "I should probably do that. Here-" he tossed me his car keys and had me go turn his car back on to stay warm. I hopped onto the seat, the door already open, pushed the press to star-

"What the," I pressed it again. Nothing. And again. Nothing. The car wouldn't start. I already knew why; the car battery was dead. I got out of the car and went to the other side where Simon was.

"Yea, see you in a bit, k bye," Simon said hanging up his phone. I asked him,

"Hey, do you know how old your car is?"

"It's like one, one and a half, two years old why?"

"Well your car battery is dead too."

"What!? Aren't four FLAT tires enough bad luck for a day?"

"I guess not." I could see Simon was angry.

"Jeez, first we got four flat tires AND THEN we got a dead car battery! And this isn't uber, this is MY CAR! And we're just STUCK here-"

"Hey," I said in a gentle voice to stop his rage, "It'll be fine." Simon took a deep breath. That seemed to calm him.

"Yeah," he said in a calmer voice. We went back into the car to stay warm, only to realize what we kept the doors open the whole time, so it was freezing.

"God, we forgot to close the doors," I say aloud, "it's freezing." I saw Simon looked at me and realized that I'm only wearing a short sleeve shirt. He then reached to the back of the car and rustled with stuff until he found a spare sidemen hoodie.

"Take this," he said handing me the hoodie.

"Simon Minter you're so cliché." I said in a fancy voice, and we both laughed.

"I'm just being a gentleman," He said in a sophisticated voice. I looked at him and smiled.

Jay ended up texting me wondering where we were, as we were late. I told him the situation, and that JJ and Josh were coming to get us, and a tow was on their way, but it was gonna be a while because there was a lot of traffic. Simon and I were both on our phones for a little, and then we started talking.

"We should play a game," I blurted.

"Like what?"

"20 questions."

"Well, okay, who's gonna start?" I stared at him with an evil grin, until he gave in. "Okaaay fine," he thought for a minute, "What was your first impression when you first saw me in person?" I awkwardly laughed and gave a questionable look.

"Well, I was really shocked, and I was trying not to let my inner fangirl-akwardness take over, but that would've been something to see, so I tried to play it cool, but that also didn't work, because I ended up just staring," we both chuckled remembering that.
It seemed like I've known him forever already, yet we've only known each other for a day. He had a whole different personality out of YouTube, he wasn't as loud or sarcastic, but still nice and funny. I liked both sides of him.

"Okay my turn," I said, "who was your first crush?" I had a sarcastic smile on my face. Simon on the other hand had a slightly embarrassed face, and shortly after he gave the same face as me.

"Harry's mum," he finally said. There was silence, but then we both laughed and I rolled my eyes.

"For fucks sake Simon! Fine, I'll take that as an answer. You go," I said still laughing. This went on for a while, answering questions and laughing and actually finding out a lot about Simon, and begging him to add me back on twitter and snapchat, which he did.

"So what are your parents like?" Was the question that made this all go downhill.

I looked out the window and bit my lip to try not to cry, only letting a single tear fall.

"Bailey, are you okay?" Simon asked in a sincere voice.

"I'm fine, it's just, my parents are gone," I said as I felt another tear roll down my face. Simon had the most concerned and sincere face and I realized how sorry he felt.

"What happened- I mean-sorry, I shouldn't have asked that," he solemnly said.

"It's okay, I kinda want to tell you," I said and repositioned how I was sitting so I was looking at Simon. "My dad was a drunkie. Almost every night around 1am he would come home drunk. And when he was drunk, which was all the time, he was mean. Mostly to my mum. When I was in my room, I could hear him yelling at my mum and hear a lot of thumping, so I'd sleep with my brother, Jay, who you met yesterday. Sometimes my dad would charge at us, once he almost pushed me down the stairs. My mom was too soft to call the police. Jay almost did, but I guess the softness runs in the family. Until one day, Jay and I came home from shopping, and we walked in to see both our parents laying on the kitchen floor, lifeless. We found out that my dad came home depressed and drunk, and shot my mother, and that he then shot himself." And this point I was in tears, all landing on the Sidemen sweatshirt. Simon looked shocked and sad, not knowing what to say.

"God, Bailey, I'm so sorry," Simon pulled me in for a hug. That was the greatest feeling I've ever felt. I smiled into his chest, and I stopped crying. We broke out of the hug, and looked at each other. "If you ever need anything," Simon slowly started, "You know where to find me."
I looked into his eyes.
Simon found his way to my eyes.
We stared.
We were concentrated.
We moved in closer.
And closer.
We breathed the same air.
Are lips conne-
TAP TAP TAP. We both jumped and went away from each other. We looked out my window to see JJ and Josh looking at us, grinning.
Did they just see that?
