MEET ME
.......by Dhikraa Akande.

Meet me;
whose cheeks don't blush,
But are dimpled like drilled holes
The dark yet shinning one;
Just like the name-OYINADE
To get her royal sweetness
Her bees you shall fight.

Crazy are her ways,
Don't be surprised by what she does,
Her acts are faster than her brain.

True Ibadan; omo Oluyole descent,
Her words tell history of her origin.
First female in the circle of five
Guarded by three strong AKANDE men
With her shoulders up so high,
Can't be moved by the waves of men.

Dreams of a mother and a wife,
Holds at the crane of her to-dos.
Visions of the gynae looms her eyes.
Belongs to the CLOAKED CLIQUE.
Amidst people of peace
Who greet with peace
The ones called MUSLIMS

Some say me is harsh
Some say me is cute
Some say me is boring
Some say, some say me is cloudy
Me say, Me is DHIKRAA- the one who remembers Allah.
