Sickness

I woke up this morning and I could smell the eggs all the way in the kitchen. I shot straight up from bed and made way to the kitchen, as I was walking down the hall I got a bit dizzy. Most likely do the surprise awaking this early. I never woke this early, but everything smelled so good.

Finally I made my way to the kitchen, but as usual, all I grabbed to eat was a small portion of eggs and fruit then a cup of herbel tea. After I ate I contacted Garfield, to see how he and Nightstar were doing.

'Here kitty kitty kitty kitty, here kitty kitty kitty!'

'Really Raven? Here kit-ty kit-ty!? I may be a cat right now but...Uhm, I'm not a kitten!'

'Is the kitten mad?'

'Kitten will bite your head off Raven.'

'I'd love to see him try. So how is Nightstar?'

'Ugh, she's still all lovey dovey with Damian, and she's all droolly over the presents he's leaving her! Damn kids and their...'

'Hey! Let it go Garfield, it's sweet that he's giving her small gifts. They really care for eachother.'

'But it's not like they're alone! Nightstar has me, you, Cyborg, and about everyone else to talk too. Damian has his mom and whoever else is with him! They act like they are the only two in the world!'

'Because they're both children, they depend on each other and naturally have a bond living in this world.'

'But Ravveenn...'

'No buts. Now how have you been? I haven't seen you in weeks!'

'Two weeks Rae, that's all, we've been separated for a lot longer. Remember that time when you had to go build and help the people in Washington?'

I sighed.

'Yes that was horrible. But we're still in the same building, we can at least try harder to see each other.'

He laughed.

'I know, I know, just work your magic on star again. That way we can have story time and see each other!'

I made it successfully back into my room. I hovered in my usual spot, criss-cross, in meditating position.

'What have you been telling Nightstar?'

'Just old adventures the Titans had, before Star and Dick were together.'

'Which ones?'

'Me putting a virus on Cyborg, him trying to eat us, then another time when mad mod got everyone to dress in his fashion and everyone ended up naked.'

'Mhmm yes, that's enough now...'

I started to feel uneasy. There was a turning inside me and I became dizzier, I fell on the ground, holding my stomach in sickness.

"Ugghh..." I felt so sick, like I was going to hurl.

'Raven? Are you alright?'

'Yes beastboy, I'm fine. Just not feeling to well, I'm going to go. Love you.'

'Love you too, feel better.'

I stood up and made my way into the bathroom. When I was finished, I wiped my mouth and rinsed with water. Grabbing a handful of water I splashed it on my face and I looked at myself in the mirror. I rolled my eyes at my wet grey slightly pink face.

"You better not be getting sick Raven." I glared at myself in the mirror, then dried off my face and laid down in bed.
