Amar es sufrir. Para evitar el sufrimiento se debe no amar. Pero entonces se sufre por no amar. Luego, amar es sufrir, y no amar es sufrir. Sufrir es sufrir. Ser feliz es amar. Ser feliz es, por tanto, sufrir. Pero sufrir hace que uno no sea feliz. Así, para no ser feliz, se debe amar, o amar para sufrir, o sufrir de demasiada felicidad. Espero que estéis tomando nota.

Loving is suffering. To avoid the suffering you must not love. But then it suffers by not loving. Then, loving is suffering, and not loving is suffering. Suffering is suffering. Be happy is love.
