The happiness didn't last

You would think after kissing Kian last week would have changed things or made things better. It didn't.

We never really called it "official" like I thought he would be calling me his girlfriend or even ask me out.. But he hasn't.

You know, if he really wanted me things would be different. But you can't always get what you want.

And Jacob hasn't came to school all week if your wondering what happened to him.. I also heard he slept with our Spanish teacher... I could care less.

Besides that this is what has happened today.

"What's up with you and bad boy over there," Andrea said pointing towards "the cool kids table" and directing towards Kian.

"To be honest," I paused and thought about the right words to say, "Idk," I said as there wasn't really anything I could say.

"What do you mean you don't know," Lia asked.

"I mean I don't know, we haven't talked since two days ago," I said.

"Why not ?" Andrea asked.

"What's with all the questions guys? I seriously don't know," I said getting frustrated.

"Well why haven't you asked him what's up?" Lia asked.

"Because I'm to stubborn to," I mumbled.

"So what he just dropped you like that," Andrea said snapping her fingers.

"He didn't drop me, we just haven't talked," I said.

After I said that last sentence he walked out of the cafeteria and something was distracting him on his phone. As if he was texting someone.

"Well if he hasn't talked to you in two days, there has to be something wrong."

Lia said while we all followed Kian with our eyes.

"Ugh I'm going to go to my locker," I said getting up from my seat and throwing my lunch away and walking out of the cafeteria.

I seen Kian turn the corner at the end of the hall and thought about what Andrea and Lia told me.

I'm going to go ask him what has been going on.

Once I turned the corner , I seen Kian hug a very pretty girl.

I stopped dead in my tracks and took a step back and behind the hard wall so I wouldn't be seen.

I watched as him and the girl talked and laughed together. She was being touchy with him and I had to stop myself from going over there and shoving her up against a locker and smashing her face in it.

Violent I know.

As I looked back up from the floor with the brutal image in my head I seen them stop talking and now looking deeply into each others eyes.

At that moment I knew exactly what was going to happen.

I guessed correctly and I felt the knife in my back and heart. Ouch.
