YES, I DID CHANGE MY USERNAME. I ABSOLUTELY HATED MY OLD ONE.

Also guys go follow @TheLlamasDrink for being my editor/proof-reader/helper/minionbitch because I'm lazy. Also check out her work, it's super good.

Anyway. Thanks you guys for sticking around, especially those who vote on the chapters and are consistent in reading my work. I know who you are and I just want to let you know that I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for 500 reads! I've never had a book do that well on Wattpad. In terms of the song I have attached, it is called N.E.M and is by Las Aves. I've currently been finding a lot of new music gone unnoticed through Spotify. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the chapter!

Aelin's heart was thundering in her chest, Rowan's fae ears not shying away from that pickup as he leaned into her body. His hands were entwined within her silky golden hair whilst they fought a battle of their own with their lips. Aelin's hands caressed Rowan's tense muscles underneath his fine shirt, leaving claw marks which would easily be gone by the time their fight was over due to Rowan's fast healing ability thanks to his fae heritage.

"This is the one battle I won't let you win," chuckled Rowan as he took a ragged breath. He locked his lips back to hers, sending a white-hot flame coursing around Aelin's veins. He slammed her tattooed back towards the light-blue wall as she arched into his perfectly craved, muscled body.

"Could you two lovebirds please refrain from doing 'it' so loudly? There are children in the castle, remember," Aedion sighed as he pinched the bridge of his nose. He leaned on the door frame, his muscles popping as he crossed his arms. His golden hair was tied back into a short ponytail at the back of his head, refining his already perfect features. "Anyway, we've just received word from Dorian. Apparently he's captured two fae, similar to the one's we're holding here. Manon also reported that she fought with one, knocked her out and dragged her back to the dungeons. There is supposedly one of them running free."

"What?" Rowan exclaimed, shocked.

"What were their names? Did it say?" Aelin asked, putting two and two together. It's very likely Rhys, Feyre and the others have relations to these people, Aelin thought. If we asked the others, we may get answers. We'll also have to reassess the issues that could arise from keeping the unknown fae at the palace.

"It's in the note. I've arranged a meeting with them, hopefully they can be helpful. Meet me in the meeting room," Aedion turned to walk off down the hallway, only to bang into a beautiful young woman.

"Ow, by the wyrd, Lysandra!" Aedion laughed it off, chuckling at how her cheeks flushed. "So, you're out of ghost leopard form for once, huh?"

"I could shape shift back into it, if that's what you prefer."

"Oh no, please don't," he chucked as her kissed her on the cheek, softly but romantically. With his wolf-like grace, he sauntered down the hallway, smiling at the surrounding women who stood still, shocked to have seen the scene between Rowan and Aelin.

"My lord, may we assist you in any way?" A young, red-haired plump girl asked with red-hot cheeks. She bobbed down into a curtsy, holding out her dull brown dress.

"No thank you," he nodded his head in acknowledgement and continued on down the long, regal hallway. On one side there were large windows from which there was a tremendous view of Terrasen. On the other side was a dark green wall encrusted with diamonds and silver embellishments. The floors were perfectly polish, the sunlight enhancing the shine.

"So Lysandra," Aelin laughed devilishly, running up to her and snatching Lysandra's hand. "What went through your mind when you thought you could hide this ring from me?"
