It was a hot summer morning as seven boys gathered at the gates of their school, loading their luggage onto the mini van owned by Sung Gyu. The strong sun made sweat droplets appear on their foreheads as they couldn't wait to get into the air-conditioned van.
"That's the last of it." Hoya huffed as he hoisted the heavy bag into the trunk.
"Why is L sitting in there while we sweat our ass off?" Sung Yeol asked.
L was sitting in the passenger's seat, in front of an AC on full blast and scrolling through his social media. "Because... Sung Gyu did all the work for me?" L tried as he shut his phone.
"Yeah, let the old man do the work." Woo Hyun rolled his eyes so far back it was all white.
"Who are you calling old man?!" Woo Hyun earn himself a slap on the head by none other than Sung Gyu himself. "And L has sensitive skin, he can't stay under the sun for too long."
"Yes, he might burn to death like a vampire." Sung Jong said sarcastically.
Sung Gyu smacked him too. "Don't be rude and get on the van."
They all climbed onto the van and Sung Gyu started it up. The van roared to life and made its way down the street towards the beach. The five boys sighed in relief as cold air hit their faces and soon fell asleep.
Once Sung Gyu was sure everyone was asleep, he threw a bottle of sunscreen at L. "Put that on your arms, legs, face, wherever that touches the sun and put on your hoodie." Sung Gyu ordered.
L silently complied. He rubbed it everywhere and pulled on his black sleeveless hoodie. "Done." He reported as he gave the bottle back to Sung Gyu.
"Stay out of the sun, try to stay inside, act like a stuck up celebrity if you have to, don't die on me." Sung Gyu said quietly as he took a sharp left turn.
"I will." L answered obediently.
"Good." Sung Gyu slammed on the brakes and woke up all of the Infinite members with his scream. "We're here!"
The five boys all crash into each other from the brake and scrambled to pick themselves up. "Help! I'm dying..." Sung Jong choked out as he was crushed underneath Sung Yeol's heavy weight.
"Everyone out and grab whatever you brought, the house owner said her daughter should be in the house." Sung Gyu checked his phone as his students fell onto a pile on the sandy floor. They got up and carried what they bought out of the trunk. They followed Sung Gyu towards the row of huge mansions that lined the beach. "This is ours."
Sung Gyu gestured towards a three-floored mansion painted in cream and blue tiles for roofs. There were two balconies on the second and third floor. There was a front yard covered with white roses and a fountain and a backyard with tall shading trees.
All the boys stared at the mansion in awe over the tall white gates as Sung Gyu rang the doorbell. The gates opened to reveal three very familiar faces.
"F-" L bit down hard on his tongue as he turned away from the God damn devil that pushed him into this club.
"Hell no." Sung Yeol muttered as he and Woo Hyun shared a look of denial.
"I really want to say the F word too, but that would be a bad idea." Sung Gyu said calmly. "Good morning Ms Marie."
"Good morning Mr Kim." Kimberly said as a look of pure spite made its way onto her face.
"Why are you here?" Hoya asked as his eyes darted from Kimberly to Rinny and then rested on Jillian.
"My mom owns this place." Kimberly said simply.
