"So... what do we do?"

Music Room #3 was dead silent although there were seven people in the room. L finally got enough of the silence, although he was normally one who stayed quiet, and broke it.

"Well, we've won second place in the competition and I'm sure there'll be more chances for us to show our stuff." Sung Yeol said. "But right now, let's put that money to good use."

"Donate it to charity?" Dong Woo suggested.

"Hell no! We use it to buy a cool summer vacation by the beach." Sung Yeol showed us a website on his phone. "I found this super cheap home stay there."

Everyone, except Sung Gyu and Dong Woo, gathered around Sung Yeol's phone and awed at the advertisement. "They really are kids, aren't they?" Sung Gyu sighed. "Can't you like, donate the money for something good?"

"Where's the fun in that?"

Sung Gyu found himself speechless at Woo Hyun's retort. He sighed and went over to look at Sung Yeol's phone with all the rest. Dong Woo shrugged and followed suit.

Kimberly and Dong Woo were in their dorm, Kimberly flipping through the TV and Dong Woo just finishing up dinner. They were all doing their own things. Ever since they started living togather, Kimberly treated Dong Woo like he was invisible, nothing more, nothing less. He only speaks when the silence is too much to handle but she barely gives him a respond.

The TV turned to the news and the screen showed a building everyone was familiar with in the northern part of the country.

'The government has reported that the two members of the blue-blooded vampire family that has escaped during the execution has been located somewhere in Seoul. An investigation is being carried out but there is no report from the team in Seoul yet.'

"The government these days..." Dong Woo muttered.

"Tell me about it." Kimberly said, surprisingly. "Can't even keep two vampires in check."

"Wow, you talk." Dong Woo said under his breath.

"Yes, I talk." Kimberly shot back sarcastically. "And apparently I walk too."

Dong Woo took a seat on the other end of the couch and Kimberly turned the news up.

'If you see anyone suspicious, please report it to the police. There are three points in spotting a vampire. First, they have pale skin and are extremely good-looking to lure in bait. Second, they like to eat rare and raw meats. Third, they could not stay under the sun for too long."

Dong Woo glanced in Kimberly's direction. "You ordered a set B with rare beef."

"And I also work my ass off under the hot sun for four hours." Kimberly retorted. "For all we know, the perverted flower boy could be a vampire."

"His name is L, okay? And if you don't feel comfortable calling him by his stage name then call him Myung Soo. It's much better than 'perverted flower boy'." Dong Woo complained.

"Why do I care?" Dong Woo face palmed himself and sighed, giving up.

The next morning, Sung Yeol and Woo Hyun gathered at Hoya's desk as the three of them shared a newspaper.

"'Escaped Vampires Spotted In Seoul', sounds familiar enough." Woo Hyun read.

"They could be in this very school for all we know." Sung Yeol said.

"Except we don't hear of students getting their blood sucked out and left to die on campus, do we?" Hoya rolled his eyes. "Stop making a big deal about this, they won't be able to last long anyway, summer is coming up and it's getting hotter by the day."

"What're you guys doing?" Young Jong came from behind and peeked at the newspaper. "Not this again."

"What? What's wrong with vampires? Besides, you know, they might kill us." Sung Yeol asked.

"The students in middle school are accusing Sung Jong for being a vampire." Young Jong rolled his eyes. "They say both Sung Yuu and I have dark skin and he has pale so that means our family is trying to hide a vampire. What a bunch of malarkey."

"He is scary but that doesn't mean he's a vampire." Woo Hyun said.

"For as far as I know, the vampires aren't in the Infinite Club, that's for sure." Hoya said.

Young Jong shrugged. "They're definitely not on the soccer team, they'd burn to death before we make the first goal."

"Common, there's so many places in Seoul, how are you so sure they're in our school?" The four jumped at the sudden intrusion of a foreign voice and whipped their heads around to find Sung Gyu behind them. "Now get to your seats so I can start class."

-

Sung Jong walked down the hallways of Woollim Middle School, with his head down and his usual confidence missing.

"Look, it's the vampire, hide!"

The immature boys ran around, dodging him as he made his way to his locker. His hyungs were not here to cheer him up and his friends all think he's the escaped vampire. He knows time will tell, but that doesn't make him feel any better.

"Hey, you okay?"

Sung Jong raised his head to look into the concerned eyes of Dong Woo. "Yeah, I'm fine, I guess." He muttered quietly.

"Hey, at least everyone in the Infinite Club knows you're not a vampire." Dong Woo said, slinging an arm around him for comfort. "If you were, I wouldn't have made it out of that library alive."

Sung Jong let out a laugh. "Yeah, thanks hyung."

"No prob, just keep smiling, okay?" Dong Woo said and looked at his watch. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have a meeting to get to."

"Okay hyung, bye."

-

Two shadows lurked around in the shadow of the trees at the back of the school field, looking around frantically. They ran to the very back of the small forest and let out a breath of relief when they were sure they're safe.

"What are we going to do?" The taller of the two asked.

"Don't worry, we won't get found out as long as you stay out of the sun and don't get hurt." The second one said. "I'm not going to let them find you."

"But the beach..."

"I'll take care of that. Right now, stay hidden and stay safe, don't do anything suspicious and stay away from blood as long as you can."

"Alright, hyung."
