(1:00pm)

Baby? Baby wake up!", Jay yelled. I hugged her tight. "I thought you was dead!", I said crying. "No baby I'm right here." "I'm probably just nervous about the wedding." "You probably are. Come here." I laid in her arms. "You're not scared?", I asked. "Of what?", she replied. "To marry me." "No. I can't wait to marry you. We been together for four years now and I'm ready to make you my wife."

(Next morning)

I got up to make her some breakfast. In nothing but my robe. "Goodmorning baby.", she said. "Goodmorning." She came behind me and kissed me on the neck. "What you making?", she asked. "Some pancakes, eggs, sausages, bacon and grits." "You think you can cook huh?", she asked playfully. "I can." "You ready for our wedding day?", she asked. "Yes but I'm kind of nervous ." "Why?" "Because I don't want you to do me like you did Katie." "Baby I told you 4 years ago that I'm not going to do anything to hurt you anymore."

"The food ready baby.", I said. We only had 2 weeks before our weeding day and I was nervous. "This shit good.", she said. "I know. I told yo ass I know how to cook, but I'm going over Toya house." "Ok baby",she said. I put on my clothes and left out.

I called Toya.

"Hello?" "I'm on my way over there." "Ok." Her and Dee didn't last but Jay and Dee were still friends. After that shooting Toya and I became bestfriends. She was way better than Keisha and she always kept it real with me. "Hey girl", she said. "Hey. I wanted to talk to you." "I'm listening.", she said. "I'm nervous about this wedding." "Why?" "Because I don't want her to do me like she did her ex-wife Katie." "To me it seems like Jay has really changed Rose. She hasn't cheated on you or nothing but I understand where you are coming from." Toya was been heartbroken by Dee, so I knew she understood. "Yeah you right. I love her so much." "I see.", she said. "What you doing today?", I asked. "Going to get my nails and hair did. You wanna come?" "Yeah. Let me call Jay and ask her for some money.", I said.

"Yes baby?", she asked. "Let me get some money to go out with Toya today." "How much you need?" "200", I said. "Come get it." I hung up. I'll be back Toya. "Ok"
