"Actually guys, let's just head to the bar." I stutter, not taking my eyes off the blonde dancing next to the dweeb.

"What? No way. I didn't come over for nothing." Amanda chirps in. I could feel her stare in the back of my head.

"I know, you came to watch Noel."

"Yeah, then to a party. Plus, a bars too risky. You seem to always forget we're 17."

"I don't care. Let's just leave."

"Hell no, man. You can leave, but I'm staying." Halton argues,
Pushing his was past me and into the house. I hate when he does this. He always argues and he always wins.

"Fine. I guess we're staying." I roll my eyes and walk in with Amanda. She immediately grabs my hand and pulls me into the centre of the dance floor, which was just the middle of the living room.

"Come on, loosen up a bit Ryder." She smiled at me, taking a red plastic cup out of someone's hand and chugging before passing it back. She made a face and turned back to them. "Hey!! Who the fuck gets water at a party!?" I laugh at her as she grabs me again and pulls me over to the bar. "Now you can loosen up." She smiles at me, ordering a round of shots. I downed mine and leaned back in my chair.  "Better?" She asked after my fifth shot.

"Mmmuch." I dragged out, running my hand through my hair

"Great, now it's time for you to tell me why you didn't want to come in." She slugged me in the shoulder as I glared at her.

"Is that what you got me drunk for?"

"Yup, now come on, upstairs you go." She said, shoving me off the stool and dragging me into a bedroom, locking the door.

"If you didn't tell me what you were doing, that bed would not look so neat." I smirked as she rolled her eyes and smacked me in the head, laughing at the same time.

"Shut up. Like I said, a one time thing."

"Plus I'm the only drunk one."I laughed.

"Maybe too drunk. Now start talking. Why didn't you want to come in?"

"Lisa." I mumble.

"What? I couldn't hear you."

"LISA!" I yelled louder.

"What? Your guardian dweeb? What about her?"

"Don't call her a dweeb."

"What's wrong with you? You hate that girl."

"She started dating Jamie."

"So?" I didn't say anything. "Oh please don't tell me you like her. You can't be falling for her."

"I'm not,...yeah, I'm not. It just pisses me off for some reason."

"All I'm getting from this is that you like her."

"I don't fucking like her!" I snapped, causing Amanda to jump back. "I just, I just hate Jamie." I let out a sigh and rest my head in my hands. What's happening to me? "You know what?"

"What?"

"Let's just get black out drunk. That's all I want to do tonight." I said as she smirked at me.

"I thought you'd never say that." She grabs my arm and drags me back to the bar. After multiple drinks of the different vodka and tequilas, she drags me upstairs and out a window onto the roof. We see two people on one side, so she dragged me to the other side by the collar of my jacket. We sat down and she laid back. "Man, the stars out here are so bright."
