She walked into the
lunch room today,
looking amazing like always.
And once again,
you cringed inwardly at yourself
feeling the 'annoying guy
in love with a beautiful girl' vibes
freaking pouring from your body.
You were drowning in it.
Harmony looked over at you.
"So," she drawled,
"When are you gonna grow
some balls and ask her
to sit with us?"
Mason nodded his head,
"Yeah, none of us mind."
Jax smiles and frantically
bobs his head up and down,
"SHE GAVE ME HER
SANDWICH ONE TIME
WHEN I ONLY HAD ONE
AND I WAS STILL HUNGRY.
I LIKE HER!"
"Yep," Melody adds in,
"I was there.
Jax's eyes lit up
like a firework."
"Okay! I'll ask her to sit with us!"
You turned around
to call her name.
But you were too late.
For she had already
left the cafeteria,
because her eyes
didn't pick up any
lonely souls.
But little did you know,
the only one her eyes were on,
was you.
