Three Months Later
12th March 2020.
Everyone is sat at the table, laughing and chatting. Warren and Math are holding hands and smiling. When Oliver says something.
Oliver: Considering everything, we've done pretty damn well. We're happy, we're eating and we've got somewhere to stay.
Oliver: If you guys weren't here, we wouldn't have been here now.
Warren: Oliver, if you don't mind, I've got something to share.
Oliver: No, go ahead.
Warren: So when we first got here, I checked the basement with Math. We found a radio.
Math: And you said it was busted?
Warren: Well, I was wrong!
Warren: It works! And we can probably contact someone, I haven't really sorted it 100 percent yet but, if it works we can probably find a safer place.
Oliver: Really? Good job, Warren.
Kara: For real, we won't have to worry about Walkers?
Warren: I know. But it's a work in progress.
Esme: You know how great this is?
Oliver: This is great.
Warren: Just give me a little while and I'll be able to fix it up.
Warren leaves the room and runs to the basement with Math, Whilst Oliver, Esme and Kara sort out the rest of the food supplies.
Oliver: We don't have enough for the rest of the week, we'll have to hit the rest stop and that's like three miles out.
Kara: It's alright, we'll manage until then.
Esme: Yeah, we should be fine.
Oliver: I hope so.
Oliver: It's a stressful job, trying to keep everyone fed.
Kara: Well, dinner tonight was good.
Oliver: Well, you helped.
Esme: I'm just going to help Warren and Math.
Kara puts her arm around Oliver.
Kara: Warren's going to get this radio working, huh. Seems good.
Oliver: Yeah, I guess.
Kara: What?
Oliver: If something comes up, how do we know it's safe?
