Nothing can sink a ship like a bad ship name. Here are some rules for forming the perfect ship name for your power couple.

If one name starts with a vowel
Let's use the example of Alexa and Travis. Take the fist one or two letters of the name that begins with a consanant, and add it to the name beginning with a vowel.  For Alexa and Travis, the name would be "Tralexa."

If both names start with a vowel
Now the art of shipping becomes a bit more difficult. If you have a name like Anna, where you can easily ship it with anything. Place it with the name Andrew and you have ANNADREW. But say you have name like Isabelle and Alexander. Keep in ind that you can always use a nickname, like shortening Alexander to Alex. Isabelle and Alex could be Isalex. For shipping, there is no distinct way to do it. There are hundreds of possibilities for a ship name, so be creative, and have fun.

If both names start with a consonant
Let's use Catherine and Josh. It's a simple ship name of Cosh. The couple doesn't even need to be straight! You could have Matt and Jonathan, for a result of Jatt or Manathan.

I hope this helped you in your shipping ways, have fun! Nathan needs more tea.
