Fear crawled through your body as the Joker walked in with an evil grin. You were currently tied to a chair in a place god knows where. You clench your jaw and ball your hands into fists behind your back.
"So, you may be wondering why you are here. To make it simple, you are just bait. Batsy will be here at any moment I presume, so, just sit tight darling."
Your fought to keep your breath steady as the psychopath left the room giggling like mad.
Days pass, and no Batman. The Joker had become impatient and had began beating and torturing you. Obviously, with you knowing nothing, you could only scream and cry.
A pool of dried blood had formed around you as days turned to weeks.
"P-P.. l... e.. a.. s ... e-" You whimper as the man re-enters. He stops at the sound of your voice. You had lost your voice some time ago. So anytime he would come in, all he would hear was ugly whimpers and deaf cries.
"Now now my dear, I have something special planned for you." The Joker says
To be honest, you being alive intrigued him. You are going through so much, yet, you still fight to live.
He whistles and men in hospital gowns walk in. A medical bed is wheeled in and panic settles in once you realize what is going on.
"No. Please no." You hoarsely scream out. You yell silently as you are untied from the chair and strapped to the bed.
You flail around and attempt to scream. You feel needles pierce your skin and a weird calm comes over you. Before even a few seconds go by, your eyes close and you fall into a deep abyss.
Two Days Later
Your eyes open slowly to a bright white light. Groaning, you sit up slowly but suddenly alarms go off. You scream in pain as the sounds pierce your ears. Your ears start ringing as you hear men fighting outside.
Suddenly a masked man runs in and looks at you with fear and relief.
"Y/N?? Y/N?! Baby I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry my love." The man in black says while hugging you close to his chest.
You numbly sit there as he pulls away and picks you up bridal style. He runs out of the building you have been trapped in for nearly two months. Of course, you didn't know that. Time was either a blur or seconds on a clock that went agonizingly slow.
In what seemed like a blur, you are in his vehicle speeding away.
"Y/N? Y/N? Please answer me. I've missed you so much." He says with pleading eyes. His mask is off and in the back seat.
"Y/N? Who's that? Who are you?" You ask in a monotone voice.
"Who am I?" You ask quietly with a confused voice.
