Pain wells in my swollen heart
as I witness his body be ripped apart
Pain ripples through my body
as his eyes coat with fear
I watch as his father
beat him to tears
Fear rushes through my veins
Chills radiate through my bones
My teeth clench
Eyes glare pointlessly
Breath ceases to be
Body stills
Time has ran out
