A twist, a turn ,another year.

Another pain and a falling tear.

A smoldering hate takes every breath.

She cannot see what she has left.

Just leave her alone and let her be,

Let her pick up her fallen debris.

Let the pain drown her every thought.

Watch her as she masks her distraught.

Why she was chosen to be damned,

Why can’t she just withstand?

There is not a pain she cannot take,

Watch her as she walks the lake.

Not here not now,

She will always prowl.

The night the light her nocturnal sight.

Watch her as she takes the final flight.
