Weeping Willow

Panic lines the heart's wall

As the breathing begins its crawl

Eyes open quickly

As his hand caresses the prickly

Pain ripples like a volcano

Gashes cry ruby oceans

There is no escape

Hope depletes as the leaves fall

He has hit a very sturdy wall

Without hope

His wings droop
